If he was busy at the moment, and couldn’t talk, he always called promptly back . Was very informative on what we needed to do for the house to sell at its best market value. Always communicated to us when a realtor wanted to show the home, giving us plenty of time to make the home accessible for a showing. Always provided feedback on showings. Helped us out any way possible especially when we were gone out of the country before and during the closing. The value we received from him was far above and beyond anything we ever expected.
