When my husband and I decided to relocate to Boise but didn't have a firm timeline, we realized we would need a great, local agent to partner with. Buddy proved to be that partner: his responsiveness and follow-through were perfect and he really made our remote home-search work! He facilitated virtual 'walk through' viewings of a few different properties, and worked with us on a few different offers until we found our new Boise home. Being remote, we depended upon him to arrange inspection, carpet cleaning and a few minor repairs to be made prior to our move-in date which was so appreciated!
