I would highly recommend David to anyone buying or selling a home! My husband and I just recently bought our first house through David and he went above and beyond the call of duty to make the experience as enjoyable, understandable and painless as buying a house can be. We both grew up in the Treasure Valley but had moved to Moscow for schooling. Moving back was a huge shock to see how crazy the housing market had become down here, especially compared to the cost of living from Moscow. The other issue was we had very specific needs on a house, such as we needed to have land attached or it had to be in a 5 mile radius of where we boarded our horses to make it worth while. David did such a great job of searching far out of town for property in our price range along with options in town for us close to where we board. The house he ended up helping us get is literally a block away from the boarding facility, so we are close to our horses, with 3 bedrooms in a nice neighborhood, with a large enough backyard for our energetic hunting puppy. All the credit goes to him as well, because we had not even seen the property (my husband was checking David's website for listings constantly to let him know what ones we would like to look at). David had a great understanding at what we were looking for and scheduled this one the same day it came on the market for us to look and it was perfect. Being first time buyers and having never experienced the process before we are grateful for David's help and honest advice on going about our offers for the house and helping calm our nerves during the anticipation for an answer to our offer. He has great wisdom and experience in his job and it shows. He obviously knows the valley very well and is familiar with the area. I cant stress enough how much I'd recommend him as a realtor. If you want someone who has been in the business in the same area for years, knows how to connect and meet the needs of each individual customer and goes above and beyond helping you through the process of buying a home, you have to go through David.
