Went to their website to view pictures of a home. To view those photos I had to create an account with them. I personally don't agree with that nasty tactic, but that's not why I'm giving 1 star. When creating your account it asks for an email address, which is makes sense. Then asks for your first and last name. It should only need the first, but I get why it asks for both. To finish making the account it asks for your password; instead of creating a password it tells you to enter your phone number as your password. I did that, and within 10 minutes got a call from Broker Ben & Company. It stated my phone number was for my password, but instead it was an underhanded tactic, and LIE in an attempt to force me to be a client and obtain my info. I didn't click a box saying that you could call me. If you're going to force visitors of your website to create an account, don't decide the password for them. ANYONE that knows just a bit of my info can log on to my account now. That's not secure at all. STOP DECIDING PASSWORDS FOR PEOPLE CREATING AN ACCOUNT. STOP MASKING YOUR INTENTIONS. STOP MAKING OUTBOUND CALLS, LET THE CUSTOMER CALL YOU. STOP USING UNDERHANDED TACTICS TO STEAL INFO.
