LIARS ... CHEATERS...I am a real estate agent in a different state and referred a listing to their agent Robyn Baird with a written agreement to share commission in 2010. For the past five years this agent made money on the rental and now silently sold the listing last year without informing me. Agent refuses to share any commission despite written agreement. My broker has ruled that percentage of all proceeds made through the referral should be paid to me as per the agreement. Brett Hughes, broker at Boise Premier, has shrugged off taking no action against their agent. Talk about gratitude for getting business to them. A formal complaint against the agent and the company has been launched with Idaho Real Estate commission for fraud. People of Boise, it is up to you decide whether you want to work with these cheaters when they treat another agent who gave business to them. Do you really want to trust such people with the most important transaction of your life? You have been informed and the decision is yours.

If I could give this company a negative number I would specially a Desiree Dodson she is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. Her and the low life movers she hires to move people have no busy dealing with people in the neighborhood of the houses she is selling. She has no consideration for other people who live around the houses she is trying to sell. She doesn't care that there are guild lines and rules for the neighborhood. I will make sure I let everyone I know and that I talk to what a rude and unhelpful person she is and the company she works for. The worst part is she is threatening me and my husband. Really.... You have been screaming, cursing, and threatening my elderly client, myself, the movers, and the volunteers helping her move and get her home ready to sell. Your husband threatened my life yesterday less than and hour before this post. You both have been told by myself and the police not to bother or come near that home again. You can spread your hate but it only makes you look bad. You now have two different Nieghbor's that have had the police involved in no trespassing orders for you and your husband. I'm truly sorry you feel the need to bully and try to intimidate a 90 year old woman and those who try to help her. I will pray for you and your family.
