We have used Floyd and Melissa are Assist 2 Sell for the sale and purchase of our past 3 homes. Yes, three. They have always been so accommodating to our requests to go view homes. They have also helped us sell our last two houses now, and both have sold within two weeks of listing! What we love most about both Floyd and Melissa is their patience and honesty. I have never once felt like they were trying to push us into a new home that was at the top of our budget or force us to list our houses for too much. If anything they have been conservative on both ends and we have been the ones to push the envelope. Again, I would absolutely suggest you speak with them if you are looking for a home or looking to sell.

Floyd listened to and remembered the information we gave him about past experiences, and our needs and wants for our new house. I must say, for my first experience dealing with a realtor Jennifer is awesome. She is very helpful and informative and never once have I felt pressured to make a decision. She has been absolutely amazing, and patient, with me through all of this. I would recommend her and this office to anyone. Even when I sent her tons of questions she had no problem answering me. If there were a 6 star button she'd have it with no hesitation!
