I have been a realtor for 15yrs and moved to a new state with my RE license, but didn't hang with a broker in ID until I had some experience here with these different ways of doing things first. My experience with realtors wasn't favorable at the beginning in the area I was looking, so decided to find our home on my own---since I definitely know more than the basics. I started calling agents in the area we wanted to live in where I saw their listing signs. This particular neighborhood that we really wanted didn't have any active listings, but I received a return text from one of the area agents who happened to be Eva.
