Working with Jonny was an absolutely phenomenal experience!! As a first time home buyer from the Treasure Valley, I was trying to find value in a very fast paced, high-demand market. Despite my constantly changing ideas of what I thought I wanted to buy, Jonny stuck with me the entire time. Whatever type of house I wanted to buy, Jonny was doing research for me and trying to find me the best deal possible. When we finally came across the house I ended up buying, Jonny became available on very short notice for a walk thru and we were able to put together an offer within a few hours of the house being listed. I got to know Jonny pretty well over the last 6 months as I was trying to find my first house and he is a very genuine individual. When I sell this house and move into another one at some point in the future, I will definitely being going through Jonny and 208 Real Estate!

I met PJ at a model home while just looking at some options and new builds my wife and I were interested in. We agreed to have PJ put us in touch with a lender to see what we were approved for. Once we received our approval letter, we started looking and it was the easiest process I have ever experienced. PJ not only showed us several homes with all the options we wanted, but he also sold our home within one day - twice! We had one seller that put in an offer and backed out a week later, due to a military reassignment, so PJ put our house on the market and we received multiple offers - and an accepted offer - with 24 hours of listing. We not only found our dream home, but we sold our home for more than we were asking! They helped us with being realistic in the negotiations and helped us understand the inspections, the counter offers, and everything else that happens with buying and selling a home. PJ and his team were amazing! We used 208 Real Estate for both selling our home as well as purchasing our new home. We had such a different experience when selling our home this time. We listed the home, he listened to our needs and put everything we wanted in the flyer. He decided to list the home for a few days and not show it until the open house. It made it incredibly easy for us , as we didn't have to leave the home any time someone wanted to see it. We had 7 offers at the end of the open house and made a decision the next day as to what would be the best offer for us. They guided us through the whole process. When we were ready to see homes, they were available. If PJ wasn't available, he had a skilled agent Josh, ready to help. The closing process was seamless and they partner with amazing Lending and Title companies. They are all truly professional and have remained our friends even after the process.
