Please be aware. I recently was completing my rental lease due to the owner selling his unit. Unit was given to Locations Hawaii to sell. Selling agents name is Joan Chen. During the transition of me leaving my unit I had all the regular responsibilities that any person who's moving has. After I left the unit I had a few more personal items in unit waiting for friends or buyers of items to pick up. This agent Joan was so impatient 3 days prior to my lease ending date she decided to go into my unit unannounced and she personally took my items and placed them out of my unit. She also decided to place her own items in unit to stage for her viewings. Let's remember I'm still on lease and still responsible for this unit under contract. I feel like this agent stole my items as she was not given authorization to touch, take or move any of my personal items in my unit. Once again stay away from this company and Joan Chen RS- 75348.
