Nice building and nice people. Overpriced for what you get. They emphasize community and amenities, both of which are meh at best. The parking situation is an absolute disaster. It costs $100+ a month for terrible, rude, and mandatory valet. There is no parking for guests. I had a client come by for an afternoon meeting, and he was turned away and told to find another lot, despite plenty of spaces being available out back. It's not possible to do business under those conditions.

This place is awesome!!! What a great way to get stuff done!! Fantastic facilities.

Mac Frederick

The best co working space in Philly in the heart of an amazing food and nightlife scene. Very open and welcoming.

Caroline Kim

I've been here for a year andI love our WeWork and our WeWork family! Erica and Monique, our community managers, are awesome and run this place like ninjas! Like other WeWork locations, they have a great set of amenities for members and cool events that are free for the public all done in a hip set of spaces. But what makes our location special (aside from the kick ass ROOFTOP AREA), it's a smaller community that knows each other, helps each other and has fun together. People are friendly and professional and it has that start-up entrepreneur vibe and energy. It's also centrally located and easy to get to all points in the city.

This location has great staff and the view is amazing - it makes this a special We Work location. I'm giving this three stars for a lot of reasons. I should put it out there that my membership was somewhat non-conventional. I needed a place to do some disciplined studying 24/7 for 3 weeks. I got a 20% off promo, which was $160 and lasted 3 weeks. Beer on tap, free coffee, printing. That is somewhat worth the 8 dollars per day. But it's still overpriced. I realized how overcharged I was when I went to quit and they offered me a month-long membership for $90 dollars to stick around. That's less than half the rate I was being charged EVEN WITH A PROMO. It was great to have a dedicated spot to go work whenever I felt like it, but it started to kill my creativity. The environment seemed sort of superficial and the Bro ratio was a little high for my liking, they literally played the same 20 songs on loop 24/7. If you're a freelancer looking for somewhere to work and build community and you don't mind these things or being overcharged, go for it. That being said, and I mean this in the best of ways to the employees and WeWorkers of Capella Tower: if you want to feel more a part of the rest of society/ the working world, go to a coffee shop or a locally owned co-working space around Minneapolis. The concept of shared working spaces is by no means new, WeWork just made it really expensive and stuck on some added luxuries to make you feel special.

Community managers are wonderful. My biggest complaint is related to building design... Why on earth would you put the phone booths right by the bathrooms? The high velocity toilet flushing noises while I'm on a call have caused some real awkward moments. Clients have laughed and asked me if I'm taking the call in a bathroom. The bathrooms themselves are consistently either out of paper towels, TP, or stink to the high heavens (seems there is no ventilation), and blast insanely loud music - I feel like I'm in a club bathroom. This is the only flaw with this WeWork location, other than this everything is superb. But unfortunately this is a really big flaw in my opinion and is almost enough to make me relocate.

I worked remotely out of the Walnut Street WeWork for almost 2 years and it exceeded my expectations. Every staff member is incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. On a daily basis they made me feel part of the WeWork family. Weekly events are fantastic networking opportunities and make it easy to meet other members and learn about their businesses and areas of expertise. WeWork made hosting my own event a breeze, facilitating outreach to members and providing staffing for the event. The location could not be more convenient and central, and the space is extremely comfortable and beautiful. I will miss working out of this office, it's been an absolute pleasure. Highly recommend!

Hello, I was a member at this WeWork location for over a year and it has exceeded all of my expectations, worth every single penny (I was in the dedicated desk space)... Here's why: First, the WeWork model in general is brilliant because it offers an immediate network of individuals and startups who are working on tough problems similar to you. If you're running into an obstacle, it's likely someone else near you has as well. I met 6 other businesses in the wework network in Philadelphia who I now do business with! They all bring something different to the table and it's been great camaraderie working on our projects together. It attracts businesses of every kind, hedge funds, high tech AI startups, nutritional supplements, content creators, etc. WeWork Walnut street was especially helpful because the staff there is awesome. Erica, Monique, Jordan, Daisha, and Taylor! I always get a happy hello and welcome from them when I walk in and they help distract me from the grind. This team is dedicated to making your business and events run smoothly or connect you/someone else to your business. I've had multiple emails from Erica sharing my skills with someone and getting business from that interaction. The building, bathrooms, and public spaces are kept extremely clean and are cleaned three times a day! There are multiple networking events every week and plenty of food to keep you fed throughout the week. The rooftop on this building is freaking sweet, it has two hammocks, plenty of seating, and the wifi works up there. It's an amazing view of the city, especially because this location is squarely in center city. Plus the internet speed is the fastest I've ever seen 1gb up/1 gb down. Super helpful!! Lastly, I'm taking friendships and connections away with me as I leave and move into a bigger studio space. I have new friends, new business partners, and new networks to tap into in philadelphia. If you're new to a city or are looking to find work, I would definitely consider joining a wework because there are plenty of opportunities to find and build from. Big shout out to the staff there, I'd recommend you guys to anyone! Love, Stephen

This place was great. It is a cool concept of how you can network with different businesses. The event tonight was awesome, lots of people showed up and it was a great experience.

Chris Pierce

Great staff - friendly. Be warned AC turns off at 6pm. Gets pretty hot if you are doing any work late. They offered to get a fan for me, nice gesture - not ideal for someone who is hot desking. Super friendly people and staff no qualms there.

Amber Ooley

Stopped in for an interview. Left with vertigo... Not used to tall buildings! I loved the space, and there's so much in the building I didn't see.

Kevin Kreider

The community is unbelievable for creativity and the people here are what keeps me! Along with the community managers who have your best interest and also have a smile! The free food and events are a plus, but because I'm not lonely in a coffee shop or working at home, I feel like I'm getting more creativity and energy to work on my business

I've worked at WeWork Walnut Street for a year and absolutely love it - both this location and the larger WeWork brand. Membership gives me access to WeWorks throughout Philly and around the globe, and I feel so much more connected to local and greater business communities than I did when I worked from home. Opportunities for networking and socializing are constant, and my clients love coming to meet with me in this well-designed space. Try it!

David S

A very nice, modern office space with great amenities. There is a focus on building a sense of community at wework through planned social activities. The glass walls promote a sense of togetherness while letting in outside light, even in the interior spaces. The more reasonably priced small spaces are a bit cramped. However, this would be a great option for a small business that is just starting or for those that want an office experience with fun people.

The smallest - but my favorite - WeWork location in the city. Great amenities and a lovely team who manage and care for the space every day. But shhhh - don't tell anyone about the rooftop terrace!

Best WeWork location in Philly! I rented a dedicated desk for a few months (left because my company stopped paying for it.. grumble grumble). This is the smallest WeWork in Philly but with the largest dedicated desk group. Most of the other tennants were freelancers or startups with teams of only a few people doing neat things. Not the best environment for 'hanging out' like some other coworking spaces, but it's a great environment for getting sh** done which is what I wanted. The staff (especially Monique, Taylor and Erica) are kind, helpful and real. I'll miss you guys!

So... Being new to the world of being 21, I faced an issue when I cracked my phone at a bar. I went to Verizon and was faced with a high buyout price, an upgrade fee, and I'm pretty sure they wanted to charge me if I breathed more of their air. However, they did recommend I go to WeWork which is right next door. I was kindly greeted, signed in, and shortly met with Mike. He looked at my phone, and told me he could fix it in 15 minutes. I got a discount for writing this review and liking them on Facebook and Instagram. They offered refreshments as I waited. I highly recommend coming to this place for any phone repairs!

I absolutely love working in the office we have. The culture, vibes, and amenities are second to none. The staff is extremely helpful. Free alcohol, awesome local beers always on tap. Espresso machine, fruit water, and food is all free. Insanely nice updated decor and ambience. The view is tremendous. I think the rates are fair for location, view and amenities. I hope my company stays here.

I came here for an event. The building itself is very nice. The location is pretty good. It's near the Arts Center MARTA station so you can walk to and from the location. I would suggest that because parking is limited.

I have been in the 1372 office since September and words can’t even describe how awesome of a work environment this place has. From the services, attention to community members from the staff, not to mention their energy! Deidra, Carrie and Jordan are amazing and the rest of the team, Rebecca and Tan are always on top of things. Such a great work experience! ❤️

I've been a member for a year now at Wework on walnut street and it's been an amazing experience. The connections, support and family-like atmosphere helped foster my creativity! After being in corporate america for over 10 years, I really needed this support system as a new entrepreneur. I highly recommend being part of this collaborative community. I can't thank them enough for helping me grow as a person and as a company. - The SOSI Events

Front desk people suck! They are unpleasant to talk to and seem very moody and sassy. WeWork should probably try some new, more pleasant employees.

I have worked at this WeWork location for almost a year, and I cannot say enough good things about it. The place is clean and quiet with many different workspace and conference room options, and the management team of Erica, Monique and Taylor do such a great job. They are friendly and incredibly accommodating to everyone's needs. If I could I would work at this WeWork location indefinitely!

I love having my office here! It is ALWAYS clean, my clients are always impressed with the building. I love how secure it is and knowing that people have to have key cards to get in at night. The staff is super nice and helpful. The coffee is usually pretty good and I love the on the house beer. Sometimes parking can be rough but generally you can find a spot. The conference rooms are great for meeting with my clients.

I've worked here up until a few months ago and absolutely loved it. The building is kept very clean and presentable, great for making a good impression with clients. Fast internet, a solid desk and chair, and good working environment (I was in the dedicated desk area) made for some very productive days. The rooftop view/workspace is incredible. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Can't think of anything I didn't like except the free coffee only being available on weekdays, but there's a coffee shop right downstairs so it really wasn't a big deal at all. Also very convenient to anything accessible by streetcar, since there's a stop right outside.
