This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I paid them 166.00 to start and then for two months of service after After Collecting my money from me for two months straight they decided to inform I needed to fill out a mail form. For this particular mail form you have to have a copy of a lease or title of a car or car insurance and your driver's license. I had my driver's license but my car had just been totaled and as a result I cancelled my insurance until I decided to purchase another car. It is a possibility that the form takes Medical Insurance Which I do have but no one even sat with me to try and determine what I did or didn't have to complete the form I signed the form and provided my Driver's License but I was told my contract would immediately be terminated but I would not owe any money. Fast Forward to now these idiots have sent me to collections. They claim this form is such an urgent requirement but collected my money for two months before mentioning to me the form needed to be signed. Then never went over what was needed in the form. The manager stated she never met anyone who did not have any of the documents listed as proof of Identification. I am sorry lady It was not my fault my car was totaled and I did not keep paying for insurance on a car that is sitting at the salvage yard. Nobody knows anything and I have been sent around in circles. Ashley the manager of the Snellville location deliberately allowed the account to continue and an invoice be generated knowing I was under the impression my account would be terminated. Ashley has also lied to the help desk of Regus saying I refused to fill out the mail form. I never refused to fill out the form. Why would I refuse when I literally wanted to use the office to meet my clients. What type of company lies and says they will terminate your contract but instead allows it to continue so they can purposely send it to collections. The office manager Ashley is also very rude and lied saying I refused to fill out the form and she is also the one who did not terminate the contract as promised and l allowed numerous invoices to populate knowing I was not able to use the facility and that I thought the contract was terminated. Simply Evil and I will let every business owner I know NEVER TO USE GREEDY MONEY HUNGRY REGUS There company isn't even organized properly. Nobody can even point me in the right direction to fix this issue and they always tell you the mangers are busy or in a meeting every single day no matter the time.
