Apartment is fine. But there are hidden fees every where, and they never gave you the right billing amount. So be careful and you should double check the billing every month! If you have a W/D, they charge 40 dollars more per month! And common electric, service charge etc... and they never told you even I have asked them before I signed the lease! Btw gate is horrible, maintenance team does not do the work. If you are looking for a new place, just find another one with stable rate.

I had a great experience with the Notting Hill Apartment Management Staff. Notting Hill has state of the art amenities from community pool, game room, fitness room, and private movie theatre. I would definitely recommend this property to any young millennial looking for an affordable luxury place to reside.

I am current resident of Notting Hill, within 6 months 2 times my living room ceiling fan fell off (yes, I mean it fell on the floor all of a sudden) and management has not responded to my any of the emails. This is ridiculous when you have small kids playing below it and by God's grace were saved. All the glass pieces shattered all over the place on the carpet. Kids were so much scared that they were not able to come out of trauma. please see the attached image and I would not recommend anyone to join this place. I am also waiting to complete my lease. Along, with it, you will see dog's pee all around the apartments area. I want to give 0 star but not able to select that option.

Living here since an year and it’s a good and friendly community. Came in with less expectations because of the reviews online but I got to say that this is a wonderful community and compared to most other apartments around its calm and quite, well maintained with a beautiful club house and grill areas. Another huge plus is the response from Deborah at the Resident relations office, she is always there for our questions and needs and has a solution for most of the problems. 5 rating for Deborah and the maintenance team and also the Leasing manager Stacey. Adding to the above pros, lot of raffle contest and frequent events organized by the Resident relations. Cons : To all the people looking to lease here please make sure you read through the complete Lease agreement and clarify all the questions with the leasing office. Often they have come up with clause or statements what was different from the leasing agents words while we take the apartment !!! No specific play area for kids. The other leading office staff except leasing manager are rude and often has a nonchalant attitude.

Great customer service! Donovan was awesome and very thorough with touring the place! He has a great sense of humor and is very patient. They have a variety of exquisite floor plans to choose from to suit your family needs. It's a gated community, swimming pool, jacuzzi. herb garden, spectacular gym for exercising (a site to see), personal trainers, parking garage and elevators on each floor. So much to see and offer for their tenants. It also have a doggie daycare for pet lovers. The community is very clean and updated with appliances and fixtures with beautiful layouts. Convenient shopping locations and dining. I would recommend this apartment community to anyone who is looking for a place to live. I truly believe that Notting Hill will make you feel at home. I have been to several locations looking for a place to live. I came to Notting Hill Apartments and was AMAZED with what all they had to offer me! My journey stopped here searching for a place to live. 5 stars from me! AWESOME!! UPDATE: July 3, 2019 Since I moved in I have been having issues with the AC. I have only been here for two months. I have been putting in maintenance work orders several times for the same issue and no one seem to resolve them. It is 98 degrees outside and it's been two days since I request someone to fix the AC. Maintenance would complete the work order as if the issue has been resolved. I'm very dissatisfied and regret moving here. I thought this type of community would have their AC units under control. There is approximately 700 unit in this community with only one or two maintenance men servicing the AC in the community. The only response I get is basically deal with it until we can fix it with no concern that it is 84 degrees in my apartment and 98 degrees outside. The hotter it gets outside the hotter inside my apartment. I understand that I'm not the only one who is having AC problems in the community but with the size of the community and summer time they should have the AC under control or find someone who knows how to service the AC units without having to keep coming back and forth for days and nothing getting resolve. It's not acceptable to have tents living here with no AC!! They fix it long enough to keep cool and in another week of two it's the same problem all over again!! I have never rented anywhere with this type of issue before! I called management to stress my concern...out of anger and frustration! All get told is to wait in line when it's your turn then someone will come to fix the AC...in so many words. I had to sleep in a HOT apartment for 2 days and nights with no AC!! It's the day before 4th of July so that means no one probably will come because they will be enjoying their holiday. So another day no AC...day 3. OMG! UPDATE: July 7th It has been almost a week now and still no AC. The maintenance came back by on the 4th of July to discover that I need a compressor for the AC which he did not know that days prior and had to order it. Of course that mean no air until the part comes in. He said that he would put a portable AC in my unit IF the part do not come in. Since I was going out of town for the weekend I didn't have to been home in the scorching heat!! He told me that hopefully the part will be back by the time I get back home on vacation and he would keep me posted...which he did not! I called the Resident Relations office at the apartments to see if they were going to have me some AC when I get back home from vacation. I spoke to a lady name Debra whom had no knowledge of what I was talking about and had to call me back after she speaks to the maintenance guy. Debra returned my called with bad news saying that the part did not come in so he was going to put a portable AC in my unit for me. I arrived home from vacation on a Sunday afternoon to discover that there was no portable AC in my unit. Everything was just like it was when I left for vacation on July 4th....HOT!! I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO MOVE HERE!! NOT WORTH THE DISTRESS!

The maintenance was very poor. There removed my shower handle for no reason and didn't fix it for 3 weeks. They are not bothered about the convenience of the residents. The office people are very arrogant and don't respond to calls or emails promptly. If I would have know about the maintenance system that they follow here at this community earlier, I am sure I would have not leased an apartment here.

Oh Em G! Those are the only words that come to mind when describing my Notting Hill experience. I was in a rush moving with two weeks left on my lease. When I came to tour Notting Hill I KNEW this was the place for me. Clean, friendly staff, gorgeous landscaping, up-to-date amenities (that's important because we all know those complexes that let their amenities go to rust), MOVIE THEATRE (oh yeah) and 2-story GYM! Walked into the unit and I was sold...hardwood, stainless steel appliances, granite tabletops and flowing floor plan. The leasing manager Keyanna was phenomenal! She worked with my budget, answered all my annoying questions and was just as invested as me in finding me a place to call home. When I was not happy with the unit I was assigned the leasing agent Ty stopped everything he was doing and worked for over 4 hour straight to find me a unit I was comfortable moving into. Donovan was another exceptional agent who always greeted me with positive energy and worked tirelessly in accommodating my desires. Overall the BEST facility in the area, hands down!

Was all set to move in, but here are the main reasons i chose not to in the end: 1. High shared electrical bills (leasing office confirms) 2. Expensive Cable/internet from GigaMonster and no option to get your own separate services 3. Expensive $40 resort fee for amenities that lets be real you probably wont use that much. The cherry on top was the leasing agent telling me my $400+ application/admin fees are non refundable. To be fair there are some pretty cool amenities such as an herb garden, personal trainers and workout classes (included in $40 resort fee), but the other cons outweighed these in the end for me.

Buyer Beware! Hidden Fees, Poor Communication and Dog Poop on the sidewalk. I was prepared to sign the lease was told that Application & Admin fees would be waived, however when I applied I ended up paying for those fees, received the offer to rent which quoted a price then received another statement which quoted another increased price. When I questioned why the change was my specialist "D" could not give a response and said I was told there would be additional fees. Talk about hidden fees, at this point I emailed him directly with questions, not wanting to go back and fro with he said she said, still no response, called again 5 days later, spoke with the Manager "K" and forwarded the emails sent previously and voiced my concerns about the monies paid at the time of the application, was promised a response about those fees being refunded...Still no response, 1 week later I received a voicemail from my specialist asking if I was moving forward with the application, completely ignoring the emails sent to him, then 3 days another call from him that the application would be cancelled. Still no response from either party. About 1 week later received another call offering concessions and if I was willing to move forward...At this point it was an absolute NO ! It has been almost 1 month since my payment, no sign of a refund. STAY AWAY NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION ! TAKE THE REVIEWS SERIOUSLY !

As a new resident (5 months in roughly), staff has been great. Signing a lease went smoothly, Deborah in resident relations is wonderful. No complaints there. I live near the apartments with view of the courtyard and walk through there daily. The landscaping needs some help, there’s a lot of bare dirt spots that just don’t look so appealing. The chipmunk and squirrel population through there is BOOMING. I hate rodents and freak out every time a chipmunk almost runs over my toes while walking to and from my apartment on a daily basis. The lighting through the courtyard is awful-getting home late, it’s so hard to see and then I freak out more about not being able to see the chipmunks, as well as it’s just not as safe. The breezeways tend to be a little messy. The parking garage is never clean, trash all over by the doors. Whenever I have guests over I have to decide if I want them to park in a spot outside where they will have to walk through the courtyard that looks a little rough from a landscaping perspective or if I want them to park in the parking garage and see all the trash. Either way, it’s kind of embarrassing for guests to see. I’ve never had an apartment that didn’t provide lightbulbs for you when they burn out-I was told what light bulbs to get but shouldn’t this covered in our maintenance fee..? The valet trash service is nice, but the bins are covered in pollen and never get cleaned. They took away the complimentary doggie day care (MASSIVE reason why I picked this apartment complex.) then charged $10 a day and then took it away altogether. They also marketed a 48 hour maintenance guarantee...sitting here with a request that’s past the 48 hour mark. The gym is great, the pool and grill areas are super nice, neighbors are friendly, staff is nice. I have mixed emotions, this place isn’t perfect, but what place is? But I definitely think there’s some things that can be done to improve that are simple. I’m pretty happy here all in all. With this being said, I’ll probably renew next year. Update: July 31, 2019. Within a week of my initial post there was suddenly mulch added to the courtyard. So much better. But I’ve noticed the grounds aren’t as well kept meaning like left a beer bottle out on one of the picnic tables and it was there for a solid two days before that trash was picked up. Or that trash in general is around for a while before it’s taken care of. Bugs. Lots of bugs inside. Only a few that have been terrifying to kill but still.

I have been a resident at the London for the past year and just signed for a second year. So far I must say that our stay has been pretty good in this community. My maintenance orders are completed within a 1-2 day period. Whenever the request is urgent, I just call the office and it is taken care of the same day (For example, our kitchen lights keep blowing out every other month). We just had a Water Heater issue that was reported and corrected the next business day. I am located near the front of the complex so my area is quiet. Rarely any disturbances except occasional domestic issues with neighbors....but I mean, who can control your neighbors? Our apartment is in a little quad with only 3 other apartments on our floor, so lets just say we are blessed to not have the issues that many other residents are stating in their reviews. My only areas of concern are the lights are out in the courtyard near 7000 bldg and cannot walk through their at night...I put in a request months ago but still not fixed. The complex also needs a attendant of some kind to police the clubhouse/amenities areas due to children running around the fitness center while trying to workout and possibly add adult only swim times (evenings). Also, bi-monthly cleaning of the hallways or change the floor color - it is quite embarrassing to have someone visit such a nice complex and walk to your unit seeing dirt and spills all over the floors in hallways. Other than that.....I enjoy being a resident!

Community shared electric is a crime. Told by management when leasing that a one bedroom would not exceed $60-$70 per month. Electric bill has been at least $250 a month!!!!, despite minimizing use. Reporting to BBB. Each apt should have a meter. So look elsewhere.

Second, Paul the maintenance manager is Incredible!!!! So hands-on and helpful and extremely friendly!!!!!!!!!!! Their response to services was unbelievably fast and consistent. Every demand that my family needed assistance on Demetri and Michelle were right on top of it!!!!! Thank you so much Guys..... now the community itself is amazing. Started off a little rocky, but everything was mitigated quickly!I now love my new unit and finally settling in after1 month. Some of the reviews may be just, however this cannot clearly be the case for everyone! With type vehicles parked here, it is clear that it’s a very mixed community both culturally and economically. And many of us would not stand for those type of living conditions. Me being one for sure! Trust! I am very picky! Things have changed around here for better! Maintenance responds to request within 48 hrs as well! Nonetheless, I love the staff especially Danielle and Leah! Debra in resident services and new maintenance guy Johnny is great as well! My advice is just to choose carefully. My only negative is the limited choice provided for internet and cable. Otherwise, I pray I continue to have a peaceful and enjoyable living experience here at The London ("Notting Hill")! It is perfect proximity to everything from food, shopping and expressways!

My tour with Keyana to the communityto applying was beyond what I expected. Keyana went above my expectations simple by negotiating price and making feel at home. Staff is lazy especially in the rental office. You have to go In person to get any results otherwise they'll give you the run around until they clock outand pass you off to someone else for the next day . Maintenance orders go months without anything being done and then they'll say the order has been complete. Halls are disgusting with roaches and pet hair. The mold is ridiculous.

I scheduled a tour with NH today at 2 pm. Donovan showed us around. It has been a great experience so far. Donovan was very forthcoming with information and considerate of our likes and preferences. The apartments itself are beautifully modeled. All new appliances and each bedroom has an inbuilt bath and walk in closet. I loved the large windows which makes the apartment look bright and spacious. Donovan also gave us some great deals!! Really looking forward to signing up a lease here(To be updated)

I am in the area and was told to come check out this apartment building. The office hours on the door and site said they are open until 5pm. After flying in the area to try and find an apartment for a 2 week move, due to relocation. The door is locked at 3:30, no updated sign on the door to say we will close earlier due to the holiday. The woman at the desk walks out to say, "hun I'm closed for the day". There should be some sort of posting, so this is known. Also, if you make it before closing at least 30 minutes ahead, all other apartments will see you. Frustrated to say the least.

Moved in and immediately had issues with the noise level coming from the unit above me. Laura, Michelle and the other leasing agents were totally understanding, no questions asked and immediately let me know about another unit on the top level that became available. I transferred to that unit smoothly with no problems. They do everything in their power to accomodate you and make you happy!

My experience staying at the London has been great. I love the location and the apartment is a perfect fit for my family's needs. The property is fantastic, but where my experience was heightened was when I had an issue with my stove! I walked to the front office where I had the pleasure of speaking with the lovely staff about my service request. Deborah went out of her way to make sure that my living situation was returned to pristine conditions in a timely manner. My stove was fixed within 24 hours and I am very pleased with the exceptional customer service provided. Thank you so much Deborah!

The five star rating is for the leasing associate support and for maintenance team . They both have done excellent job. I would definitely recommend anyone to choose this place for living peacefully. The parking plan is one of the hassle free thing here, few staffs in leasing office are rude enough but I would recommend people to reach Dani Banera for their 5 star rated leasing experience. Even the resident relationship team also does a great job. They have many clubs from kids to adults. Simply life here in this community is interesting and tension free

My friend went to check an apartment and signed some paperwork, also paying application fee + other fees totaling $320. He didn't sign lease waiting for the bg & credit check process, these guys didnt even follow up to confirm or inquire about the lease signing which is strange as feel they were happy to pocket fee money. He didn't sign the lease with them and inquired with them for refund of application fees minus the cost they might have incurred for the bg & credit check processing but they said they can't give it back. I mean for what effort or liability the money was held for.

Before I review these apartments, I want to review Tyrell - “Ty” at the leasing office. Ty is the best leasing professional I’ve EVER worked with! He made the tour so nice and fun that I decided right then and there that I wanted to lease a place at Notting Hill! He has been so patient and professional that it almost feels unreal! So, Notting Hill is extremely nice. Once you enter the gates, it feels like its own little town. Although the complex is closely located to a lot of shops and restaurants, it doesn’t feel that way. It is close to sooooo much. The mall is literally 5 minutes or less away... Walmart is close and a lot of good restaurants are nearby. The gym is super nice... the dog park is great for dog owners and they have an herb garden!!! This is the only complex that I know of that has an herb garden. They also offer free workout sessions and tennis lesson. The shared power scared me and I wanted to run... but they do have units with individual power so don’t let that scare you away. UPDATE!!! Please read. Although the apartments are nice and Ty is great, there are a TON of hidden fees. The rent from a base amount of $1,294 to $1,618.94!!!! Needless to say, I did NOT move in. Instead, I moved to Bell Perimeter Center which is near by.

I must have moved here just right on time. Like many, I was very hesitant when I read the poor reviews. I checked out the place for myself in the summer of 2018, I was satisfied (probably would have rated a 3.5-4 star then because of the summer critters that crawl around), but now that I’ve been here for almost 9 months, I’d rate it a 5 star. I moved in when it was called “The London” and have seen many changes for the better since they’ve renamed it Notting Hill. I already knew that I loved my unit and wouldn’t expect anything more but the Residence office has really made a great effort to make living at Notting Hill fun. The lady in the Residence Office (I should know her name but she’s tall, skinny, and blond) puts on a lot of events for the residents. Maintenance is really quick. Parking is super easy (coming from Los Angeles, I could truly appreciate that!) And the residents are nice. I can’t really see myself living anywhere else in Dunwoody. My apartment has everything I need and the convenience of the location to the mall and other shopping centers is great. The only thing I would say the property needs is better maintenance on the parking garages...it looks very grungy and cob webs are everywhere. Other than that, I love it here!

Nice location, good apartments. Response from residential relations improved a lot recently after manager change. Main plus points are fitness trainer Ursula, resident relations expert Deborah Dunn. Ursula is free fitness trainer provided by the community and she is the best you can get to achieve your fitness goals. She trains the residents with passion and also encourages you to stay fit. Simply best. Deborah is the main person you can reach out to in resident relations if you have any issue and she always understands our issues and will do her best to find solution to the problem. Special care has been taking care in terms of security in the community recently. Like all communities in the area, improvements are required for the community like replacement of old appliances, maintenance of community common area, pool maintenance etc., Apartments starting to become a bit pricey recently but if you can afford the rent you will get best for your money in the area.

I have taken a town home on short notice. Lora and team did everything in their capacity to get it on time and the layout i was looking for. As agreed upon there were maintenance from before for which they did not have time but almost everything was taken care within 3 weeks.

This was such a great experience and the property is beautiful! Love the amenities! I am relocating to Atlanta to live in this city for the first time, and at times that thought has been overwhelming. What I can be sure of now is no matter what else comes my way I am going to love where I live. *UPDATE* It was a reasonable move in experience, and I do not regret it. Now that I have been here for just under a year I can say that the maintenance team is AWESOME! They have responded to multiple simple issues (Disposal leak, Clogged bathtub, AC) and I am always 100% satisfied. On the flip side I will say the parking garages and hallways are not the cleanest, and sometimes extremely gross. I have seen a spaghetti sauce (I HOPE!!) mess for 2 months in the hallway and I do not see any progress on getting that cleaned up nor do I plan to. I will also say there are roaches! I have see 4-5 in my actual apt and countless (Both alive and dead) in the hallways and parking areas. Buildings could be better labeled (Especially 8000) as I have had to stop getting delivery to my door due to upset divers and several complaints that my building was "impossible" to find. Again, I do not regret it and I am planning to, most likely, renew my lease, but I wanted to make mention of the full experience I have encountered.

The leasing office staff specially Deborah is always welcoming. There's not a problem that goes unsolved. I had some issues from the upstair apartment but it was resolved by the relationship office manager Deborah amicably. She was really a great help. I have been staying this apartment for last two years and I would highly recommend this apartment.

I stopped by a few days ago just to see what this place was all about. I read a lot of reviews and was a little skeptical. All of that changed when I met the staff. I was greeted by almost every staff member, it was such a warm welcoming environment. The tour was phenomenal, the apartments were great, and amenities abundant! I would highly recommend! Keep up the good work!

If I could give 0 stars to this place, I would. Do not rent from them. They changed their name because management was so bad, but it is still the same management staff. I rented from them for one year to have a place near my work, although I own a home out of state. I barely was even at the apartment in the year that I was there. I had multiple issues with management assessing fines that weren't mine and when I tried to dispute with multiple calls and emails, I got zero response ever. When I moved out, I got a professional cleaner and left the apartment better than it was found. Then I had a fee added to my account balance upon moveout with no explanation. I called over and over, probably 10 times - told that someone would call back, leave a message, no one is available... I sent emails with no response. I would have paid the fine if they ever told me what it was, just to avoid the hassle, but no one would reply. I never got my deposit back or any notification of why. The deposit was more than 2x the amount of the fee. Then I started getting calls from a collections agency. When I spoke to them, they said the fee was for "damages." I called 4 days ago and demanded the apartment management reply to my calls. Nothing. I called this morning and left a message again- no reply. I sent an email- no reply. This place is horrible- they are stealing money and have poor poor customer ethics.

So when I first came into the apartments Laura (the regional manager) came and greeted me and my cousin because the establishment was a bit full at the moment. She asked why we were on the hunt for apartment and what interest us about an apartment to make us want to stay? After we told her the information, she gave us a breakdown of the units we had available and the amenities that would be offered with the apartments. When then told her we got approved with the apartments called ARRIVE PERIMETER and told us she can be flexible with a deal so that we would lease with them instead. She then said we would be set up with her leasing agent Donovan, after Donovan came and greeted me and my cousin he asked for our I.D.’s and we went to the car to get them and I realized I left mine in my car after car pooling with my cousin and I explained to him that I didn’t have mine and I felt a-little cut off mid sentence by him stating that “ I should never come in an apartment place without my I.D.” ( it’s absolutely not what he said it’s how he said it.) But as he toured us throughout the units and I will say I was definitely impressed with everyone I saw to say the least and MS. LAURA IS VERY WELCOMING AND MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR ABSOLUTELY IN GREAT HANDS!!!!....BUT I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND STAYING AT NOTTING HILL LUXURY APARTMENT HOMES

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWWWWWFUL, DON'T TO IT, RECONSIDER. THE LEASING AGENTS ARE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Keyana and Laura is helpful in leasing. I was put in a really frustrated situation while they were away. ADVICE is to take everything in email whatever they say which might help in discussing with other leasing team. PS: After two weeks Tired of making following up with staff for everything, No mail box number, Remote, No Trash Can, Couldn't use Bathroom tub for couple of days. Really awful move-in experience. I wouldn't recommend to others.

1-DONT MOVE HERE I have actually thought about telling people going on tours not to move in. It’s that bad. 2- The free free free turns into fees fees fees real quick. Management response- “oh sorry you weren’t told about the fees” Worst management I’ve delt with. They are all about the money. 3-Also we were supposed to get a resident referral.. management- “oh the paperwork was filled out wrong. Sorry”

These apartments are absolutely beautiful. The reason I give them 1 star is do to the staff. They lure you in with smiles & stories of what a great community this is to live in. But I wouldn't only advise moving into these apartments I would outright warn every potential resident. They screwed up our lease agreement from day one. With the wrong move in date which, they took 3 weeks & 8 phone calls to fix. Then the day after our move-in date they call us saying we needed to sign a new lease agreement because they made a mistake on not charging us for the gate remotes. No one ever followed up with us on this matter being that we already have a legal binding contract that we sign stipulating all the cost associated with our move. They made a mistake, even when they had over 6 weeks prior to our move to catch it, and now they are trying to swindle us to resign a new lease to make up for their mistake. To ad insult to injury, we have been living here for 3 weeks & our mailbox door has been broken since day one. They've claim to fix it 3 times now, & when I check this morning the mailbox door was laying face down in the mailbox. I go to the leasing office regarding this matter, only to be told that I have to put a work order in & I cant get a different mailbox. So, basically they have washed their hands of handling any more issues & we have to figure it out on our own. It was a complete mistake to move into this community. I wouldn't done it if I knew all the grief we had to deal with.

This is my 9th year living in this community, very good school for my daughter, access to mall, 285. I love this place!. The maintenance staff work on the timely manner. and there are friendly to work with. Thank youIt was a pleasant experience working with the maintenance and management staff here at the Nothing Hill. Ms Lora handle complaints quickly and and will always go extra mile to help with any problem; very efficient too. We love her. Ms Deborah is provides excellent customer service.
