This review is about a particular agent employed at this company. It shows you professionalism should be displayed not only in the workplace, but in social media as well. Nathan Zetterlund or Nathan Z on his Letgo profile is probably one of the biggest jerks. He goes on about how he wants to help people in his Real Estate Broker Bio but in his spare time wants to harass sellers on social media. Just because you don't agree with the price doesn't mean you gotta go message them and be a jerk. I'm just minding my own business selling things on Letgo and Nathan Z messages me out of the blue, not to inquire about the item, but to complain about how overly expensive it is and then to go on and insult me. If he goes out of his way to complain about a stranger's item for sale, I wonder what happens when a homeowner puts their house above market price

I am writing to recommend and praise associate LoAn Schoeman. My wife and I are relocating to the Kissimmee/Davenport area. We have been calling and emailing numerous real estate companies in that area. Amazing to us, no one was getting back to us. Then we came across the property this agency has listed on Golden pond. We called and left a message and with in 20 minutes Ms. Schoeman called us back. She informed us of the companies policies and arranged a showing the next day (today Feb 17) for us. She understood we were only in town for another day and made time to meet with us. We arrived very early to our appointment and surprising to us, Ms. Schoeman showed 20 minutes early as well. She was extremely professional and helpful. She showed us the home and answered questions to the best of her ability. She also went out of her way to help us try to find a property that would better suit our needs. She took down our info and our wishes for a home. She then told us she would email us what your agency had available before the end of the day. Guess what, she did and even texted me to make sure we received it and make sure we got back home to Vero safely. We want to let everyone know how impressed we were with her. Because of her, we will definitely use this agency if a home meeting our needs is available. We just want to make sure she gets recognized for doing such an exceptional job. If your in the market for a rental or to purchase in the Kissimmee/Davenport area be sure to call Ms. LoAn Schoeman with Preferred Real Estate Brokers, you won't be disapointed.

We recently closed on a home and was not represented by Preferred Real Estate( Tracy ). On the day of closing with the new buyers we were provide documents to sign which we were unclear on a few things. Our realtor Tracy did not provide us with a good faith estimate, we felt as if we were rush throughout this process and she was not present at our closing date. The government regulation states the Good Faith Estimate should be provide to buyer/seller within 72 hours before closing and that was not given to us . Could someone help me with this matter?

terribly aggressive contract. as a first time home buyer - I went ahead and signed a contract - trusting my agent ...HUGE MISTAKE. It has caused enormous stress in the process of buying a home.
