I would not use this company under any circumstances. (Stacie Ahee & Todd Vance in particular) I listed my house with Stacie and one of the main things I had expressed was I wanted the closing date pushed out as far as possible. She called me one evening to let me know of a potential buyer and without thinking things through I agreed to sell although the closing date was much sooner than I had originally requested. The next morning (not even 24 hours later) I called Stacie and said I had changed my mind and I wanted to cancel the deal the closing date was way too soon and I had all together changed my mind. She informed I had no rights and did whatever she could to make the sale happen. At that time there was no inspection, no appraisal no money out of pocket. From that point on Stacie Ahee and the buyers agent Kim Clark Hoss (Illustrated Properties) banned together and did whatever they could to force the sale. Within a couple of days I actually received a letter from attorney David Israel threatening to sue me for unearned commissions. If you are listing a house I EXTREMELY CAUTION ANYONE to list with an agency that will do whatever they can to get their commission and treat you awfully. Todd Vance the founder of NV Realty f/k/a Golden Bear Properties will follow through with a threat as well. I also understand that I agreed to sell and ultimately changed my mind the very next morning but my point is this: This agency cannot be trusted they did absolutely nothing to try and get me out of deal actually quite the contrary they did whatever they could to enforce it. If you want to avoid a lawsuit from your own realtor and if for any reason you change your mind on selling your house DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!!!! Also I find it very interesting that four out of the five positive reviews are from " A Google user". I doubt very seriously given my experience those are valid reviews. A more suitable name would be Strong Arm Realty.

I just want to say how impressed we were with our real estate professional from NV Realty Group. We have bought and sold many homes through the years and this experience was by far the most satisfying from a professionalism standpoint. We love our new home in Admirals Covel!!! Not to mention that NV Realty Group made a $30K donation to the Nicklaus Children's Health Care Foundation recently. I would highly recommend this firm if you are looking to buy or sell in Palm Beach County.

If you want someone with an unprofessional demeanor, then you've come to the right place! One of the realtors is an older lady in her 50s that comes to inspections like she's a 20 year old girl going to the gym. (Her photo online is heavily photoshopped or incredibly outdated). Dressing professional shouldn't matter? Ok, how about being prepared? If she couldn't get into the home with the keys, she breaks in!!! Ridiculous, huh? Maybe they are thinking of the clients best interest. Right? Nope, wrong. They need to just get their payday. During an opening protection inspection, wood rot was found at the zero lot side of the home. But why tell the client about it? They didn't ask for a full home inspection. Why bother telling them something that might break the sale? Maybe their just good at pushing papers. I'm not sure why anyone would choose this realty over another.

Unfortunately a friend and I had dealings with this group and it did not go well. I don’t like to badmouth but I was very surprised at the amount of unprofessionalism! When having to deal with such a delicate issue as selling your home unfortunately I would choose a different realtor. Maybe our experience was the exception but it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth!
