As first time home buyers my husband and I had lots of questions about the home buying process. Both Dan and Michael were so helpful throughout the whole process and answered all of our questions along the way. They made the process as smooth as possible and were full of great advice. They were always honest about what they thought about a situation and we truely felt like we had someone looking out for our best interested thought the whole process. Overall their whole team is full of friendly people that are a joy to work with. Anyone we know who is looking for a great real estate team we will always send their way!

As an out of state home seller, I had to place a lot of responsibility in the hands of Michael and Dan. This included their boarding up the house in preparation of Hurricane Irma, house repairs, meeting contractors etc. They constantly went above and beyond the "normal" broker duties, they were always available, helpful, professional and polite. I highly recommend the Nathanson Brothers, it was a pleasure working with them.

We've worked with 5 different realtors in various parts of the country, and all were reasonably good. However, none could hold a candle to the Nathanson Brothers. By far the best realtors we have ever worked with. My only complaint is that they are only available in south Florida and not all over the country. If possible, we would use the Nathanson's for every home we ever purchased or sold. Simply the best.
