Kathy Eddins and Linda Hannah are a team extraordinaire! They listened carefully, advised thoughtfully, and always responded quickly to our communications. I especially appreciated the energy and enthusiasm they brought to the process. They are extremely knowledgeable about real estate, and guided us through all the steps of selling our home. Kathy and Linda were always there to help, nothing was too much to ask. Since we were no longer living in our home, they checked on the house regularly, and even responded one night when a neighbor reported the front door was standing wide open! We had a difficult builder/warranty department to navigate and they became homeowner advocates for us in order to get the appropriate repairs done. That, alone, earned them 5 stars, A+++ in our book! You won’t find more dedicated, professional, and effective realtors than Kathy and Linda anywhere.
