Rude, no sense of urgency! No manors! Treated me as if I'm bothering them. Yesterday I had no hot water, I called to report this only to be meet with stupid questions as if I had something to do with the fact that there is NO hot water. After multiple calls, and over an hour with no response. I call to report water squirting out of the outside pipe. Still I get a NO that can't be!" The water is turned off outside"'! WRONG it was not turned off!!!!!!! Oh in 3 minutes no joke 3, there was a plumber under the house. Still no phone call no communication. Now I wake up to at 4am to a loud popping sound and the sound of water gushing under the house, this time NO water at all!!! To flush or wash my hands brush my teeth, etc. I call the Lewes Reality Emergency number only to be told I've frightened them and this is not an emergency.This reality company is Rude! Horrible business people. How can the town of Lewes be subjected to this kind of renting option. Cold, rude, no manors!!!! So sad.

Rude and accusatory, not helpful at all. They act like problems with a rental are your fault. Stay away......got much better service from Jack Lingo.

Had a bad experience in the beginning but the ladies at Lewes Realty handled the problem and completely changed my perspective on Lewes Realty. The ladies are very nice and helpful. I have been shown a more welcoming and family feeling. Thank you, Liz

Bad and rude Applied for a year round rental told them up front bad credit but paying on it Went through everything told me I was approved on a Thursday night To come in and sign the lease at noon the next day. Rented a truck Friday morning when at 11:30 they emailed and told me that they ran one more repot and it said I was evicted from my last rental. I rode to court and got paper work that I was not had former landlord call and told them I was not told me rudely that they would not rent to me now I have 4 days to leave my present home and know where to go. Also google the owner names.

Terrible company, awful customer service. We originally rented a property off their website, put down a deposit with Zack, then, AFTER we put in the deposit and thought we had the house, we were called and were told the house was already reserved by another family who had been renting it "for years prior" so they offered us "an equivalent property, great for kids-- we have 3 little ones, 5/3/1 yo, and even cheaper than the previous one!" We trusted them that It was a comparable property-- BY WERE WE WRONG TO DO THAT!-- when we arrived, the house was dirty, full of junk, breakables, and DIRTY. There was literally vermin poop in the drawers which were filled with dirty/rusted utensils, the blanket on the master bed had poop of some kind, there was cat hair EVERYWHERE and there was a clump of hair in the drain. The worst part was the horrible customer service I then experienced, the nasty, derisive, frankly rude and completely uncaring and unsympathetic tone I received from Julie who told me there was nothing she could do for us and that she had no way to offer any sort of discount either, that this was a problem I had to take up with the owner, who had already been paid handsomely and in full! Halfway through our week a big rainstorm came through and caused a leak in the ceiling, we called and were told someone would be out but no ever came. So very disappointed our one family vacation for the entire year had to be ruined by this awful house and the terrible and rude customer service I had to experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR VACATION RENTAL NEEDS~ !

Called twice to see a rental property & was told the rental agent would call me back & never did. Just an FYI Lewes Realty... I'm no longer waiting for you to not call me back! I got the home owners phone number. Im calling them directly, letting them know you are not working in their favor what-so-ever! Then im gonna rent it from them & cut you out completely since I had to do your job for you!!! Its ridiculous you are even still in business. From the looks of the numerous previous comments regarding your LACK of customer service you won't be in business much longer!!!!!
