I don’t know about all of the realtors but this review is specific to Charna Parler, a realtor at this office. I’ve worked with a couple of realtors in the past and this by far has been the worst experience. Ms. Parler is supposed to be representing me as a buyer’s agent for a new construction purchase. Initially, she stated that she would do a host of things but to date has done next to nothing. Though she has been made aware that her services are far below expectations, she continues to be absent and has not communicated with me in over a month and has no idea what is going on with the house. I don’t usually leave negative reviews but I’m trying to spare someone else from the severe disappointment that I have experienced “working” (I put it in quotes because there hasn’t been much work on her part) with Ms. Parler.

I did not like my experience with Ms. Hollis at this agency as a first-time homebuyer. I still see her in the community, and though she knows this, she still continues to tell me she plans to reach out about this experience 2-3 years after the fact. I have already written them to tell them I was extremely unsatisfied and wish no further correspondence. I would never use this company’s services again.

Jared Bowers will not show you a home if you want to see it if the seller is not paying 3% or higher commission. He could have made $7,500 in commission for simply walking a client through the house. Pretty greedy for doing nothing!
