Incompetent. Point blank period. I waited for over two hours just to get the correct door combo for my rental. My family and I have rented this unit before. It typically comes with multiple keys and parking passes for the complex - none of these were given out either. Go to another brokerage before looking their way.

ZERO Stars - This was the renting "agent" (using the term loosely because if this IS agency representation then I'd hate to see someone who's NOT on my side) that I used when I rented a property for my family at the Shore for Labor Day week in 2019. There was another family in the rental when we arrived. The owner finally got them out but couldn't get the place clean. To make matters worse, this agency never marked the property rented for the week we were to be there which created the whole mess in the first place. Initially, the broker seemed to be more than helpful in getting us at least a partial refund for at least one night as we were leaving at the end of our week. Suddenly and not so coincidentally after we left the property, the broker fell out of contact with me and (I guess) just figured it's easier to turn the screws versus returning some money. Gee, thanks for nothing but hot air!! I dealt with 3 brokers on this horrible journey and all of them are just a bunch of liars and thieves keeping with the Good Ole Jersey Shore philosophy of take 'em for all they got while you got 'em captive. Thanks for nothing!

My family of 5 booked and fully paid for a rental in July for our family vacation in August. We took off work, arranged a pet sitter and packed the car. At 4:30 pm the night before we were to leave we were told the place was double booked and we couldn’t stay there. Their apology was coupled with “Its really pretty common. These things happen all the time”. Then they closed their office at 5 without finding us a replacement. I would not recommend under any circumstances.
