What a mistake I made in choosing Nancy Ashley to sell my house! She went out of her way to please the buyer and not me, the seller that she was representing. She unethically directly spoke with the buyer numerous times, paid for ridiculous repairs that they wanted, bought the propane tank for the buyer, and had the nerve to tell me that the buyer “was getting upset” when his closing date might have to change. Nancy never disclosed to me that the buyer had been a client of her partner in the Ashley Group for over a year. I discovered this bit of information on my own, only too late. For some reason, that I never understood, the buyers had to release her partner as their agent during the sale, so essentially they also had Nancy as their representative. She acted as a double agent which is unethical! Nancy was all about making the buyer happy while screwing me out of making the most of selling my house. When I requested to put my house back on the market when the deal wasn’t working out, she agreed but never went through with it. I could go on and on. Had I been able to fire her, I would have done it. Beware.

Jeff Dale took many hours of his time to show us many houses and help us in finding the right house for us. We did find the perfect house, with more room than we had been searching for, but at a good price, which Jeff helped us with as well, it was within the school district we loved, area we enjoy, closeness to town and our kids friends houses, and to work, it just seemed right. He gave us advice and guided us through the finance process, settlement process and even cared after the sale which to me, being in sales, meant the world to me. I honestly could not think of anyone else i would ever want deal with again if i needed to, and anyone looking for a new house, should go see him, you will not be disappointed.

Don't rent here. They own most of the houses they rent. Houses that are white look green. Must be mostly Section 8 so they can take advantage of people they think can not communicate or get answers because the rentals are not kept up to anyone's standards.

Long story short they never fix anything that was broken, they lied to my face multiple times, and tried to keep my deposit just because they thought they could.
