The agent was 30 minutes late, the office meeting room was small. My son had no sit and we had to sign all this paperwork. The agent couldn't make photocopies!!! Going Weichert next time. What was I thinking?

This agency represented the sellers in a transaction that we tried to buy a home from. During that process and after accepting our offer, asking us to put out primary home under contract and making us homeless, and false advertising the listing, their agent George Golden ignored our agent and would not return a single phone call, text, or email. When my agent asked his broker to step in and speak to the Broker of this location, that broker also then did not return any calls after initially saying how shocked she was that George was behaving this way.

The worst real estate agency I have encountered in my life. The lady on the front desk is not helpful and my agent didn't even bother to call me back when promised. They will take you money and forget about you.

If I could give Coldwell Banker 10 stars I would, the service and dedication of this agency is nothing short of spectacular, my agent Jacques Lahaie is equally great, I will recommend him to anybody that needs to list or sell their home, he took care of everything from start to finish, I listed my home with him, he had great photos taken by a professional photographer and even a video. He searched and found me a new home, that met all my requirements. Expect a great service, he always told me that he was available to answer any question or address any concern 24/7. Call him you will not regret it.

Tried to buy a property this week with one of their agents, but I'd have done better on my own. The agent this brokerage provided texted me just after lunch to say that the property we wanted was under agreement. I contacted the listing agent myself later in the day -- we'd had a whole afternoon to put in an offer; the seller didn't accept an offer until the evening. Contacted the agent for an explanation -- still waiting for a reply.
