I’ve been coming down here for over 10 years with my parents which we book through a owner, and it’s amazing down here, but century 21 is honestly very unprofessional and just rude. I asked to speak to a manger cause I want to book a week in August 2019 and I would be legit 24 and 11months and she said that wouldn’t be a problem but I would need a letter from my employer stated I’ve been there for over a year ( which I never heard of in my life) and background checks which I have no problem with, but she said me and my girlfriend would be considered a group ( 2 people? Lol) so I told her we are getting married in July and this is our vacation and then she had the nerve to tell me I would need to bring in my marriage certificate ( how dare they!!) this was the most unprofessional conversation I’ve had booking rentals and it’s sad cause this used to be one of the best down in ocmd, but since 21 century I would say they went down hill sooooo much. Such a rude women.

Non responsive to complaints and they allow kids to rent units. I would stay away if you are an owner. Use an agency that will do a better job vetting clients.

Recently stayed at Angelfish Condominiums on 133rd street in Ocean City and rented through century 21. There were a few things about the unit right off I didnt like. First of all they had the dirtiest floors! I know its the beach but there was sand all over the place and the carpets looked absolutely filthy. The washer was broken, filled with water and making an annoying dripping sound all night! The furniture needs to be updated to something of this millennium. Brought games for the kids to play cause it was advertised as having 2 tvs but only had one the was ancient. Luckily they at least had a dvd player so we could rent from redbox. The beds are trash. All of them. Slept on both queens and the pull out sofabed is a joke. With the money these places are charging they can afford to update and provide better service if tgey want to see retirn customers. Ocean city has lots of options outside of century 21 rentals and i will be sure to keep that in mind when planning my next vacation since they dont want to be bothered to provide their clients woth exceptional service. Honestly couldnt wait to get home to our bed, however it was a sad reunion because i realized we left the pillows on the bed. So i called the rental company so we could pick them up and they couldnt find them when i perfectly explained what i left, where it was, and what it looked like. After waiting for a call back they said the cleaning lady couldnt find my clothes? Were you even paying attention to anything i said? I left pillows. Forreal this place is a joke. Find your own rentals. Century 21 isnt good for anything they cant even locate pillows on a mattress.

We made a reservation via the website for two nights. We received an email confirmation confirming our stay and total payment and a notice that said we would be contacted within 48 hours. We were never contacted. When I called to make payment they informed me that my reservation had been cancelled due to a 3 night minimum. I asked why the website allowed us to process as two nights which the representative could not answer. My biggest issue is that no one ever called us to tell us. Now we're left looking for a place and I will absolutely never use this company again.

This unit is a little dated and it definitely needs some cosmetic upgrades. There were places where the wallpaper was taped, the p The dryer had no lint trap in it making it unusable. The “headboard” on one of the beds in the downstairs bedroom was just sitting against the bed. It wasn’t attached at all. The decor is cute and we aren’t terribly picky, but the couches are old and looked dirty. I have stayed at the Century 1 before And I don’t mind the service elevator for beach access, but it can be a pain on check in and check out days to wait and wait for the one elevator. I would stay here again but not in this unit.

Terrible - They hang up if you call close to 5PM and I have been waiting over 65 days for the return of my security deposit. There are a ton of better options in Ocean City, by far the worst experience I have ever had with a rental company.
