Be careful when dealing with their agents. I paid two months deposit for rent and after 5 years they told me that I only paid one month deposit. I paid $1900 ($950×2) and they stated that I only paid $950. Part of this was my mistake because I paid $950 cash and $950 check and I lost the cash receipt after 5 years. My landlord was even worst. I paid her the first month rent and she knew that I paid a two months deposit to her Real Estate agent Cindy Puccino. Don't be scamed, avoid dealing with this agency and its agents.
