As a Real Estate Investor, Justin has been a wealth of knowledge for me. He is incredibly talented in every aspect of real estate. He is an expert negotiator and has helped me purchase and sell several properties that I have flipped for a profit. When selling a flip, time is of the essence. Justin made selling my properties simple, he extensively discussed staging with me and took excellent pictures. His marketing was incredible, which led to quick closings. He is also an experienced landlord, and has helped me tremendously in valuing rental properties/multi-family homes and determining if they will be a profitable investment. I am now a successful landlord of six units, and I learned this skill set from Justin.
