Dishonest, very poor business ethics, break regulations and state laws to benefit themselves. They have a very poor command of the facts in their own market and poor personal business connections with the major owners in Fairfield County. They expect to get professionals, architects, such as myself to refer business, and they continue to collect money from our clients, and force us as outsiders to hire an attorney to sue them for payment. I recommend never working with this team. They also misrepresent facts in order to confuse issues. They have been reported to the State of CT Board of Real Estate Licensing for violations with respect to the work of my office, and are also facing civil actions and sanctions which will restrict their licenses for 6-12 months starting this year, 2019.
