Betsy was the assigned agent to assist with my work relocation. She was such a blessing to our selling process and wonderful to work with. We’ve previously listed our house twice with plans to move out of state, but both times did not attract much interest. Hamden is a tough market and the location of our house had several disadvantages which made selling our house that much more difficult. Betsy was very positive from the get go, but realistic with us in terms of expectations. She went through market data with us to explain her thoughts on the suggested listing price. Betsy also recommended some improvements we could make around the house to increase our selling chance. We used stagers recommended by Betsy and they did a great job in setting our house up for showings. Betsy always kept our budget in mind and only recommended improvements that were truly necessary. I’ve worked with several realtors in the past but it’s such a pleasure to work with Betsy. She kept me in the loop, answered my calls/text promptly and was extremely patient with all my questions. Since I already moved to another state due to work, Betsy checked on our house periodically and always there when I needed someone at the house. Her guidance through this selling process in the tough market was much appreciated. I was really weary of the market and uncertain how long it will take to sell our house; Betsy was optimistic and confident which made me felt much better. We received multiple offers for our house within the first three days of listing and sold above our asking! I highly recommend Betsy and cannot thank her enough!
