Lackadaisical, VERY slow to respond to correspondence, RUDE, and felt perfectly comfortable trying to make us feel as if WE were working for THEM. The ONLY reason we signed with Jack Canterbury was because he happened to have the home my wife and I wanted. Actually, his wife Jean, whom we never met, was the Seller's Agent, which may also explain why Jack continually failed to advocate for us. Additionally, we had scheduled, and subsequently had to cancel two visits because one of our animals needed emergency surgery. When my wife tried to reschedule, a woman who is Office help told my wife, "you guys are killing me. Are you really going to show up this time?" And then she proceeded to tell my wife EXACTLY how, when and where our visit would take place. Just as if we, again; were working for HER. Would NEVER recommend this Realty office to anyone!
