I won't hesitate to give Kyle Blanton with Compass Realty 10/10 stars. I was a first time home buyer, and I'd done a good bit of research into the process, and even significantly narrowed down what I was looking for in a home, but Kyle went over and above to guide me through the ins and outs of a very complicated business. We looked at a number of homes over a couple of months until I was ready to close, and when the day came everything went very smoothly. Kyle was there with me on every step and made the process almost completely stress free. Would highly recommend him and the guys at Compass Realty to anyone that asked!

Matt went above and beyond to help us buy our first home. We knew very little about the process and he was extremely patient and knowledgeable which is exactly what we needed! He was great at negotiating when it came to that point and kept us in the loop for every phase. We never felt pressured on a property, and ultimately ended up in a home that is perfect for us. He was always available for us which was so important since we both have very busy schedules and limited time outside of work. If he was not available he quickly arranged for his colleague, Josh, to help us out. Josh always treated us with the same amount of dedication as if we were clients of his. Through some awesome luck and Zillow's "contact an agent" function, my wife and I found Kyle Blanton at Compass CO Realty. We had spoken with a few agents before, and were bombarded with pushy, aggressive tactics that became a big turnoff—but not with Kyle. It became very clear throughout the process that Kyle is passionate about the buyers side of the real estate transaction. He's in it for the relationship, for asking the right questions, for getting to know his clients, and for seeing the excitement on someone's face when they find the home of their dreams. Kyle is an expert in his craft at negotiating and bringing those dreams to reality. At the beginning of the process, Kyle was clear to ask about our timeline and budget—we started looking far before we were ready to purchase (were still in an apartment lease), and Kyle regularly sent updates on neighborhoods, and bounced ideas off of us to help narrow down the search. He prepared us for the process by walking through what we needed in terms of mortgage pre-approval, time to invest, earnest money and contingencies, and struck a perfect balance of staying in touch and not being too aggressive, which keeping our longer timeline in ind. When the time finally came for us to start making moves, we were fully educated on the process. He made time on weekends and weeknights for us to see dozens of houses around Denver, and seemed to enjoy seeing the cool places as much as we did! He was always quick to craft offers, counters, and is always a text or phone call away for the many questions that came up from us as first-time home buyers. He helped us quickly back out of an offer on a house that had some hidden nightmares (didn't inspect well), and in the end, we closed on a beautifully remodeled home that inspected flawlessly, and Kyle worked in a ton of seller concessions to cover closing costs, getting us a stellar deal on both the home and our mortgage. He was there closing day popping a bottle with us to celebrate. I would highly recommend Kyle for anyone looking to get honest, expert, and purple representation during the home buying or selling process, I look forward to working with him again soon!

Working with Kyle Blanton was great for wife and I. We are new to the Colorado area and didn’t know much about the whole home buying process as this is our first time buying experience. In saying that I have seen many friends and family who have worked with other realtors in the past and I have to say by far this was one of the best experience that we had. One of the things that really made this work is that Kyle was able to work with us. We were making a long-distance move from Arizona to here and this took us over a year to figure this out and Kyle was with us the entire time and made this process work for us. He was able to answer our questions and even if he wasn’t sure on the answer he was able to find our answer and get back to us. It even got to the point on how we got our new home on contract he was willing to quote on quote “Fight for us and trench through the mud to make this happen” which was great to hear and now that we are a few days away from closing the process has been great. Although we wish that we didn’t have to wait so long to move in and start our new life’s in a new place we are willing to wait for that exciting day. Kyle Blanton is an incredible realtor! We met him about three years ago with the intention to buy an investment property. After a short search, we realized we were more interested in a new primary residence. Kyle pivoted with ease and went to work with the new objective.
