We needed to sell our house in Caldwell and Shaun Steward was a godsend. She is friendly, extremely competent and easy to work with. Great communication during the whole process. We always knew what was going on, what was needed and when which always made us feel at ease. There was alot to juggle and the family was going through a tough time in our lives. She made the whole process a breeze. She went above and beyond. As far as all the paperwork was concerned she is extremely knowledgeable and explained things clearly all the way through. Shaun Steward really went out of her way to find homes that met my criteria. Her knowledge of the area as well as being familiar with the builders in the area really helped a lot. I nearly made a mistake in the first home I had chosen. With her help, I was able to make a change without being penalized. We have been renting through century 21 for a year now. They have been very easy to communicate from the beginning. We were approved fast for our place, was able to get our keys that day. We have amazing neighbors. We haven’t had many house issues come up but the few we did, they were quick to respond and get someone out as fast as possible. Shaun steward the owner is corrupt and is a unprofessional broker. I don’t know how she runs a business when she acts like a child and hangs up on all her clients. Home owners should be aware before taking their business to her. She is a terrible representation of what a broker and realtor should look like. She cares about no one but herself and treats everyone like garbage ... Barbra wouldn’t act like this ;)

Wendy has zero people skills, professionalism, and is one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. We were recently displaced due to a fire, where we lost half of our belongings. Being 8 months pregnant, we are anxious to find a home and thought we had found a rental. We went to the office to explain that documents they requested for an application had been destroyed in the fire, but we were willing to pay up to 3 months rent in advance. Wendy dismissed us and made flippant remarks about our loss and the fire. Unbelievable and disappointing experience for a company we hoped we could have worked with.
