I had a good experience with this office. An agent named Megan showed me several properties in central AR and she was professional plus we were able to schedule appointments/meet up times easily. I'd recommend them if you're looking for homes in central AR.

Currently in the process of buying a house. They are working on behalf of the seller. They have prolonged the process by simply not replying to messages, or answering the phone. When they did get around to sending the paper work they were too lazy to update it and sent an expired contract. It’s been over 24 hours since we have reached an agreement on price, and still haven’t received the correct paper work.

There was a sign put in the front yard of a property I was interested in renting. Tried every person on the property management team and reached no one....left message and 24 hours later still had not heard back from anyone. Even tried reaching personnel on the sales team with no success. 9 different phone calls and messages and still have not been able to reach a single person! Not sure how to rent or buy if you cant reach anyone.

We bought our first home through them and it went great! Our agent was Jeff Niorot and he was very helpful and professional. He was wonderful helping us with the frustration of looking at homes. Everyone in the office was very friendly when we walked in. Jane Loeber was very helpful as well and knowledgeable on letting us know as first time home buyers what to do. Over all would definitely recommend going with them if your looking in buying a house!
