By far the best and easiest realty office to deal with in NWA. I primarily worked with Lee Ann Stottle. Can't talk this wonderful agent up enough. She worked wonders for us. Office staff was also extremely cooperative. Would use again or highly recommend NWA Realty Group.

Juanita Reeves was a very unpleasant person to deal with. I would not reccomend her to anyone. I was interested in a property and asked her if we could look at it and she laughed at us and said no. When I asked her why she laughed she said she doesnt think we can afford it before ever running any info on us. We ran the process to see what we could qualify for and the wait time (which I knew we would be approved) she apologized and said she would be able to work with us, we said no, just because the attitude she had with us by judging us. She responded by saying " I'm sorry for judging you guys but if you're saying no then bye!" We begin telling her that we may still work within the company but she cut us off in mid sentence and said " as I stated, if you're saying no to my proposal then bye", in a hateful manner. She smiled after the comment and went back to her computer. Worst experience ever.

Lived in an NWA property for 3 years - largest issue we ever had on an inspection was my kids coloring on a wall. Owner decided to sell- nwa harrassed us to get out early. Nwa wrote us a letter of recommendation. Once we moved out (early, and at their request - so the home owner could sell it faster) They tried to charge us x3 our deposit upon moving out for "repairs" that were never found in 4 inspections, and gave us no information on what was repaired. Also, tried to get in contact with "jan" or Juanita after I got the bill. Surprisingly she is A. Never in the office, and B. The notes left with staff to give me a call have gone unanswered for 3 months.

Bailey Price- Bateson

Lived there for a year and we go on vacation, we tell them we are going, and boom 2 days after we leave surprise inspection. Then as soon as we get back they evicted us with no explanation as to why. We still had 2 months left from they date the eviction was served and they tried shutting our power off. Never willing to work with us, we work night shift, on when they wanted to come and repair this from the previous tenant. Would not recomend.

Really great people to work with. The best in NWA. I wouldn't trust any other company unless you are buying a home. Juanita is reliable and respond very quickly. If I would rent again it would be with this company. The prices are reasonable and the areas and nice and quiet. The homes are nice as well.
