We rented a duplex for 6 months. Seemed alright at first but I anything doesn’t work do NOT expect them to fix it. Our heater went out in the coldest part of winter it took a MONTH for an HVAC guy to come out and when he did he said he was aware of the problem and they wouldn’t pay to fix it and he’d try to get us a window unit. Every time I tried to call atleast twice a week the answer I got was ‘I need to talk to the HVAC guy I’ll call you back’ and it NEVER happened! We moved out after 6 months because I’ll be damned if my girls have to sleep under SEVERAL blankets just because they’re lazy!! NEVER renting from this company AGAIN! I’m surprised they’re still in business!

Went and looked at a few houses. The lady at the very front desk was very nice and helpful. We had some questions and when we came back there was a lady in the corner of the office trying to help us because the front desk lady was busy. We observed cockroaches (live) in the house and asked about them. The corner office lady was really snappish and said they will be taken care of if they even have roaches. The way she talked down to us, just because we are renters made me think twice. I have good credit and I can buy a home if I want to, but I'm new to this area and will decide when the time comes where exactly we are going to live. I found a place to rent on my own, that not only was over 150 cheaper per month, but a cleaner house without bugs and a nice kept up yard and better neighborhood. IF I go back, I would particularly deal with the front desk lady, she was much nicer.

I'm typically not one to relay my opinion on any particular venue, but this realty company is by the worst i've ever come across. They are quick to take rent, but no matter how many times you call upon them, the answer is "I have to talk to my manager, let me call you back," and not ONCE did they ever call back. It's been over two months since we moved out, and they still are unable to give us an answer on the return of the deposit, despite calling them once a week for the past month. They seem to have no internal communication whatsoever. Renters beware

Update as of 11/1/18 From two stars to one! I like our quirky apartment with the horrible parking and regular plumbing issues. What I don’t like are the shady and underhanded workers of the “property management”. I’ll probably get charged for some other repair for writing this negative review. For starters, document every interaction you have with them, especially about maintenance or repairs. Otherwise they will “forget” you and act like you haven’t been waiting 3-4 months for them to fix the dishwasher. #ihadtotrollthemtogetitfixed Secondly, if you still choose these people, video and photograph every nook and cranny, inch of wall, doors, trim, and even weather stripping. Because at random they will decide you owe them for these repairs even if they were from a previous tenant! Seriously. I regret we did not or I’d be hiring a lawyer to fight this ridiculous nonsense. Not once has rent been late, not once have we been the source of a complaint by neighbors, nor have we complained about our neighbors, our only complaints have been about reasonable things they were responsible for, we’ve kept the place in decent condition, caused no damages beyond normal wear and tear, and THIS is how they treat us. Makes you wonder how they treat problematic tenants if this is how they do business. I do not recommend them, nor will I be doing business with them again. Listen to the real reviews and be careful in doing business with them. Hold them accountable to do better. ******** We’re 4 months into a 6 month lease. We love our 2 bedroom apartment, even though it’s an older building and isn’t great on energy efficiency. The biggest problem is that our dishwasher has NEVER worked. After a few calls they finally sent someone, but all he did was verify that it’s not operational, he didn’t FIX anything! Now the past two times I’ve called, they tell me he says he fixed it, they’ve already paid him, and “we’ll get back to you” never happens.

These kids destroyed morres property and mine, using our water, vandilzing cars, and homes in the vicinity. I’ve called every week for over the past month about my dishwasher not working and it still hasn’t been fixed. I also called about my A/C unit not working and they told me that since it’s November it should be getting cold soon that it’s not a “priority” to them to come fix it. It was 83 degrees in my apartment and the next 4 days it’s supposed to be over 80 degrees. November or not it’s too hot to not have my A/C.

MUST READ! PLEASE READ BEFORE RENTING!! If u could give them 0 stars I would! I pay my rent on time or either a month in advance, but when I went to pay on the 28th I was notified my bill was 800+ dollars when my rent is only 575. MARY, the realtor, explained the extra was a gas bill that she forgot to cut out of their name! Keep in mind when I signed my lease she told me the apartment was all electric! SO confused I asked why did I owe it if I was never told about it and it is not my responsibility to call and cut it off! She was very rude and cussed at me.. Also, I pay wayyyy too much for my apartment I pay $575 for a two bedroom. They have some openings in the unit, but I highly suggest u don't rent! There are roaches all in the stairs and the foyer! And the floor in building is so unlevel that heat or cool will not stay in! Also there are mice in the laundry room
