Stear clear of this company when looking to rent!! Moved in to an apartment with tons of issues that should have been fixed before move in. Lots of issues that the company refuses to take care of. We pay to have two parking spots but always have to park in the grass because they won’t tow away an abandoned car that isn’t owned by anyone in our complex!! Really bad customer service and they never follow through with stuff they say they will do unless you bug the hell out of them.

Not impressed with this company at all. I felt like my time wasn't valued. From the start, I was called by the wrong name (Sarah??), then asked to make a phone call when I'd specifically stated in my request that I would need to communicate via email due to my work hours. I had to ask repeatedly for the same information, and the agent, Marla, didn't seem to know anything about the property I was interested in. She always had an excuse as to why she wasn't able to deal with me. I then got blown off with a 'this house is no longer available' out of left field as a response to my inquiring about an unanswered email. It was a huge pain trying to get answers to simple questions. I was made to feel like I was a burden. I and my time are worth more than that, so I'm moving on. UPDATE: a month after my last contact with Marla, she thought it was appropriate to send me a text and leave me a voicemail stating "I know you've been checking some things out and wanted to know if you were finding everything okay." Super creepy considering I haven't been working with her at ALL and decided to find a realtor that valued me and my time (which I did!). I was super put off by that message and decided to finally post this review that I've been pondering for awhile.

VERY poor exsperience. Worst personal engaugment of any company in the NWA area. This company provied a terrible experience and they don't seem to care about their customers at all. I would give 0 starts if google allowed it.

Very disappointed with McNaughton's business practices and ethics. At best, it is clear their quality is highly inconsistent. Staff was unhelpful, often ignoring phone calls for several weeks with no return. Staff seemed clueless at times, on multiple occasions sent angry notices claiming rent was late, despite being paid on time, and the online record system very clearing showing nothing was due. They were very slow to respond to maintenance requests, and left some completely unanswered. Very unhelpful. As a tenant, there are several better choices in the area. If I were a homeowner, I would never want to use this company. for property management. I would highly recommend avoiding McNaughton and instead using one of the many better options in the area to avoid the headache of dealing with this company's poor business practices.
