I had a bad experience with a particular Limbird realtor who had confirmed with me multiple times regarding the pet policy of the duplex I was interested in renting. He had told me that he had spoken with the landlord, and that even big dogs were okay and that the pet deposit would be $250. I thought that this deal sounded good so I went ahead and rented the place. However, one day the landlord came over and I asked him about the dog. and he looked at me strangely and told me that he had a no pet policy. I was very confused and told him what the realtor said, but he didn't believe me. When I tried to contact the realtor about it all, he denied everything he had previously said, and his higher up bosses did not offer any resolution.

We began our home search in April of 2018. I inquired about a Limbird listing through a listing app. Kate Gaffigan, a Limbird Realtor, responded super quick. We soon setup a time to look at the property along with others I was interested in. Kate was so helpful and patient to show my husband and I a number of homes. We took a brief break from our home search in May, but picked it back up in June when I found our dream home. Kate showed us the home and helped us put an offer in immediately! We then had to put our home in Cave Springs on the market. Kate helped us get it listed and the first night it was on the market we got several offers, one of which was over asking. Of course we went with that one!! We had issues with our lender and Kate connected us to a local lender. We closed on the sell and purchase at the end of July! We are repeat Limbird customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Kate supported us through the entire home selling and buying process! She was always available and quick to respond. Even after closing she was available for a few loose ends we had to tie up with the builder! If you are looking to buy or sell, go with Kate Gaffigan at Limbird!

Well closed on our house Friday and have to say that overall working with the Limbird Realestate Group was the MOST disappointing experience of my life. Never got an appology or explination from my agent about the issues I brought up with him, called the main office to talk with someone about their satisfaction guarentee and was told " well mam you signed a contract" (if it had not been for the fact that I know the family of the kids buying my house I would have suggested where she could put and keep that contract and I would have immediately listed with someone else). Then at closing - where Limird got a check for $12,000 from the sale of MY house, the buyers received a variety of gifts- cutting boards, cups etc, my husband and I on the other hand , did not even get told THANK YOU. I am not sure how to write a review that expresses how disappointed I am, how much I regret signing that contract or how strongly a I recomend that if you are considering your home to list with ANY other realtor but I will be pasting this review to many social websites. Extremely unsatisfied with the whole experience. Getting the sale was more important than we were as the customer. We were asked by our Limbird agent repeatedly to offer the seller more money to fix Deal Breaking issues, such as a decomposing septic tank. Additionally, very rude and condescending comments were made to my wife during the process as she brought up legitimate concerns that were later confirmed as red flags by the Inspector. From speaking with other home owners/sellers and local agents, these are not isolated incidents, but known Limbird business practices. After mailing a certified letter ending our contract we were sent extremely unprofessional text messages, up to and including that the commission on our price range was not worth the agent's time. Since then, we have requested multiple times to be removed from their mailing list, to which we have not received a reply. We did, however, receive a link to a survey almost a year later.
