He was always patient through all of our indecisiveness, kept us fully informed through every step of the process, never pushed us to make a decision, but guided us where we needed guidance. He worked closely with our lender to ensure a smooth closing process and every professional I spoke with who had previous dealings with Neil spoke very highly of him. Neil found us a great home in a short amount of time and always negotiated fairly on our behalf as well as the seller's behalf. We could not be happier in our new home. HUGE mistake. Cost me money and time when required and important facts weren't disclosed until after their own deadline and a 'buyer's investment.' Their approach was a flippant, 'You have to spend money to pursue something you want,' so I paid out for a septic test that would've been unnecessary if I'd had the facts. Thank God my banker caught what they didn't disclose, which then explained why they were being very pushy to close. I feel that I was taken advantge of being a single parent that needed to trust my realtor to have my back. They didn't, at all.
