We have had the most pleasant experience here. They actually care about their future tenants & will work with you. They have respected our time & have made my family feel valued. The last realtor we tried to go through recently was a terrible experience which makes us even more grateful we found Tatman!

Don't expect much back from deposit. You, as a tenant, are responsible for having the locks changed, along with expensive cleaning services, even if you leave the house clean when you go (aside from carpets because despite saying you would clean them yourselves, they insist on bringing in a professional at $80 MORE than it would cost to do it yourself). Neither of which is spoken of in the rental agreement. Also, if there is damage to the property that is TAPED OVER, damaged or poorly modified take pictures and DOCUMENT everything, prior to moving in! Or you will be charged for replacing it. Had we left the house trashed and torn, I would understand only getting back $300 out of $750.

I rented from Scott Tatman a couple of years ago and had an enjoyable experience as a tenant. Upon me leaving due to me by having to start paying child support, he offered to lower the rent to get me to stay. I couldn't afford it at the time. I'll be contacting him again soon.

I wasn't happy with the services I received when trying to sell my home through Tatman Realty. I didn't like the pictures they took of the property or how they presented it. Months would go by without getting any sort of update. It was very difficult to get questions answered and they didn't provide any insight into buyer's sentiment.
