Atrocious. I hired them to do rental management on my home. The only help I ever received was from the secretary. Took multiple phone calls to ever speak to someone. Business hours are loose and not followed. Emergency phone number never picked up. Poor financial management of both renter's and owner's funds. Had i known this was the quality of service i was going to receive I would have sold my home at a loss much sooner than i have now at an even greater loss. Their go-to maintenance guy left rear door open during one of the repairs causing rain damage. Very unprofessional. Clearly i was of no importance nor treated with any priority. I had to send other contractors over after their repairs to finish their work. Do not use this branch!

I'm not sure how other Century 21 places are operated as this is the only one I've ever been to. I come here to pay my rent for my house. The associates working are friendly and helpful. My reason for four stars is due to the amount of closings and wait time. My rent is due no later than 5 days after the first of the month and there have been a few times where only one of those days they are open. I get paid on the 1st and work mid shift so it is fairly difficult to get in to pay my rent if there are multiple closing days. I have to eliminate sleep just so I can go in and pay my rent.

Incredible staff and agents! Always available to help and answer questions, I have bought and sold several properties with Century 21 Real Estate Unlimited and they have always done right by me. Find me a great deal on a house for my mother, who is on a fixed income and they worked day and night to help me find something for her. I am so thankful for all they have done and continue to do for me.

Property Management: Amanda and Holly have been great. There have been several issues with the house due to weather. They contacted us immediately and let us know what was going on and the options available to us. The last incident dealt with poor work done by a contractor from our home warranty. Amanda and Holly were both engaged and visited the house to assist the tenants and kept us informed of the situation. Both were very professional and great to work with. With us being out of state, we feel comfortable with them managing our property. Thank you ladies for all the hard work.

We used Century21 Unlimited in Cabot as Property Managers for 3yrs while we were stationed away from our home. Since the change in Property Management team we have felt 100% confident in our home being taken care of! Holly & Amanda have been nothing short of AWESOME! When we call with questions we always given an answer in a timely manner. They truly work for the home owner and have your best interest at heart!

I was renter from this company. I lived in a rent house for over a year. The first property manager at remax was amazing. Then the homeowner switch to century 21. Holly Clark was unprofessional and laughed at my wife during a phone call about questioning regarding the lease agreement. Then the check out list said to have a professional cleaner steam cleaner to clean the carpets. I hired a professional cleaning company to clean the whole house after we moved out. I sent holly Clark an email of the detail receipt. She still charged us 200 for Carpet cleaning. They never answer the phones. They then made us live a cold house without heat for a week with temperatures in the 20 degrees. The only compensation they were willing to do for my pregnant wife, 3 boys (8,6, 12 month old) a 50 gift card to get a space heater for a 2000 square foot house. We had to pay out of our pockets to get a hotel. This company doesn't take care of their tenants. I finally bought house and will never use them or recommend them ever again. Worst rental property I have ever lived in.

Absolutely Terrible, Stay away from this company!! I do not know how they stay in business?? This is hands down the worse real-estate company on the planet!! I live in California and I owned a beautiful rental property in Cabot - I hired CENTURY 21 & Holly Clark to manage my property and it turn out to be the biggest mistake of my life. The property was never maintained, the tenants were allowed to destroyed the place. Could never get a hold of anyone on the phone. So in 2016 I decided to sell the property and Holy moved my tenants out -and Century 21 franchise Barbra Shown placed it on the market. Barbra Shown never returns any calls and seems to be disconnected from the reality of running a real-estate Company. I made multiple request for a copy of the MLS listing and never got it, I asked Barbra and here team what the condition of the property was - and was told it was fine but just needs a little painting. So based on my gut feeling that something was not write with these people, I had REMAX go out and do an inspection of the property and was immediately contacted and told the truth - the house was in shambles, and needed to be taken off the market immediately. It turns out the place was completely destroyed, baseboards and trim work chewed by dogs, the over whelming stench of dog when you walked in the house, the photos on the MLS listing placed by Barbra and her team were of the house from 5 years earlier. I went on line and googled my property and found a Century 21's listing on Zillow , and it was pathetic. Complete disaster !!!!. The pictures showed garbage , one of the pictures was literally sideways , the property description was three sentences that a 7 year old could have produced. Stay away from CENTURY 21 IT IS A SUB STANDARD POORLY RUN COMPANY AND YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!. I am having REMAX take over the property, the repairs to the property, and listing , so they can clean up the mess left behind by Century 21,

Not only have I never paid rent even close to late 1 time in the almost year and a half I've been here. I've paid one time 6 months in advance, and 1 time 3 months in advance. I had something happen and paid the rent 2 days late and they charged me a $130 late fee! The neighbors on both sides tell me that I am by far the best tenant this property has ever had. Hell, I even spent almost $1000 of my own money to get the yard looking better to match the neighborhood! That's the thanks I get for it. $130 isn't much in the scheme of things, it's just the principal behind it. Needless to say, when my lease is up, I won't be going back through Century 21 for ANYTHING!
