Brad has been helping my family in all matters related to real estate for over a decade. He is absolutely the best there is in the River Valley. He and his associates are always willing to go the extra mile and then some. If you are looking for a realtor who you can always trust to put your interest first I highly suggest Alethes. Believe me when I tell you there are some other not so reputable characters out there. Unfortunately I found out the hard way and it cost me dearly. The best part of working with Brad is that the relationship does not simply end after the sale is complete. He always welcomes you as a friend and is willing to share his knowledge of the area and give sound advice in all matters. This man makes the time to let you know that you are important to him. If you are interested in quality service, dependability and integrity of character you will not be disappointed.

This is one of the most despicable real-estate agents in the area. Notorious for offering lesser commissions for other agents bringing buyers in. Notorious for underhanded dealings and lying (withholding the truth). It is absolutely amazing that he is rated as high as he is. I guess he wears the mask well for clients! As long as he goes to church on Sunday though, RIGHT! He knows who he is..

He made sure he understood what I wanted in a home within my budget and he was so patient in helping me find the right place. If your in the market to buy or sell their agents know what they are doing. Their listings have some of the best pictures in the river valley and are very high quality. They also have 3D virtual tours which is nice when looking from out of town. I would recommend them to anyone in the market weather buying or selling real estate.
