Overall, we were not happy! Showing of the property got mixed up on several occasions in fact, while we were out of town the property was shown and Wendy the Realtor/Broker didn't even know it was shown. Was told that our property would be a priority by Wendy herself but after having issues with her (young) office staff, I called and asked Wendy to call me that I needed to speak with her on the phone. Wendy informed me that I needed to make an appointment to speak with her on the phone and that would be the following week, REALLY!!! No matter how busy a Realtor may be, making time to contact your customer should be a priority, period!!! Listing had many grammatical errors & photos were never retaken as requested so, of course we had to cancel the contract. To be fair., I think the property was listed in multiple sites which I felt would have been helpful in the selling of the property.
