Our agents weren't the best with details and follow-through. Many times they'd forget to complete our to-do items. When asked questions, they don't directly give an answer as if they think they'd go away if they were ignored. A communication gap and poor email etiquette is when they don't cc me AND my spouse but just one of us, consistently, even after told. Technology was a challenge especially with using their smart phone. There were many promises and NO delivery. Overall, I wouldn't use their agents; however, the administrative staff for move was nice, friendly, and also checked in during the sale.

Best realtor experience ever! Keily Ringo-Kasotakis found us our rental home and our permanent home. She was patient and took the time to get to know us and our needs. Very thorough team of agents. They understood what I needed and went about providing options. They were a little stubborn about the house they thought provided the best value versus what I wanted, but I appreciated their straight talk. Sometimes when you find the house you want, you are willing to make a mistake. You really can't go wrong with this team.
