Our agents weren't the best with details and follow-through. Many times they'd forget to complete our to-do items. When asked questions, they don't directly give an answer as if they think they'd go away if they were ignored. A communication gap and poor email etiquette is when they don't cc me AND my spouse but just one of us, consistently, even after told. Technology was a challenge especially with using their smart phone. There were many promises and NO delivery. Overall, I wouldn't use their agents; however, the administrative staff for move was nice, friendly, and also checked in during the sale.

Very thorough team of agents. They understood what I needed and went about providing options. They were a little stubborn about the house they thought provided the best value versus what I wanted, but I appreciated their straight talk. Sometimes when you find the house you want, you are willing to make a mistake. You really can't go wrong with this team.
