I love this organization, the counselor we see has been wonderful and has helped my daughter and I in so many ways.. I would recommend speciality counseling to anyone who needs these types of services. Great for any age or situation!

Illegal billing practices. They require you to come in and discuss the treatment of the patient on a separate encounter so they can charge you for a separate visit at $140 that Medicaid does not cover. Treatment and discussing the plan should be included in the visit for therapy, and they should discuss the intent to bill your insurance separately for a treatment plan because it will not be covered. Some woman called me on the phone to see if my daughter or I needed anything, and they billed Mediciad without my permission, daughter didn't even have Medicaid 6 months later. Two very reputable therapist left the practice due to the direction the practice was headed in. Gee I wonder why. I do not recommend this clinic. I am reporting them to Medicaid and the state licensing board. Any provider who agrees to bill insurance under these fraudulent business practices should have their license revoked This is not patient care. This is let me see what I squeeze out of a patient's insurance and who isn't smart enough to question their bill. Subjective Objective Assessment and Plan --- should be included in the H2019..

I have gone to Specialty since October of last year. I saw Danielle and I love her she has helped me so much! Also, I was diagnosed with PTSD at the end of last year and Danielle told me to see David and he was amazing. I am a whole new person!!! Cynthia up front is amazing! She knows me by name and takes care of me. Also, every person that I have come into contact with that works there has been nothing but nice to me. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

This comment is from Amanda Kelly. I just want to say how badly I was treated by Danielle Mantra from this therapy center. They did interrogation therapy on me about a pedophile ring. She had to have access to everything. They will tell you 100x they will help you except everyone I let her talk to turned me away. She tried to convince me it was all coke, a coincidence. Danielle would tell me that maybe you lived this but you didn't. She would say I don't know what the truth is I'm just a therapist. This place was like a twilight zone from hell. I would show her evidence and she would say, so that doesn't mean they're guilty. She put something on my medical record so bad that I can't go to another doctor. After seeing her I went to see Dr. Kelley and he did a mental health examine and looked at my body. Didn't ask any real health questions. Danielle mentally antagonize me and I believe she helped pull a hate crime on me. This is the worst place ever. They also talk about your case out in the open so everyone can hear.

Specialty Counseling is not a place to go Stephanie Keller and Clay and who ever else has a meeting with my son who has disability’s went behind my back and sent my son into a dangerous situation and now all these people who claim to be helping him aren’t they are expecting me to clean up their dirty work. They say let us know if you need any help then you ask and a bunch of excuses come out if they are trained like they should be they should learn to do their job the right way if they can’t then get outta the way and let people who are really wanna help do it. I would never recommend Specialty to anyone if any thing it should be shut down none of these employees know how to do their job all they want is money.

This place is horrible. I went there for three months. I was seeing Danielle. I have PTSD and they never gave me any medication. I have this because I was drugged and raped as a child and the man that did this had a cop friend who took the case and he walked. Daniellle kept changing my plan and only listened to half a story. I never got any help there. She challenged everything I said. Carl filled out paperwork to my doctor incorrectly. They scheduled a 1:30 appointment with Cathy and they also new I had an appointment with Daniellle at 9:00 I text her that 9:00 isn't going to work for me. She text back how are you going to make my appointment. They talk to you as if you are stupid and dumb. When I questioned how things are being run she text if you don't like how we work here go to your primary doctor pand be put on medication. They never could get my medical records. It was just a waste of time. This place is not good for any situation.
