Although the patient care was good their billing system is NOT readable or understandable by the average person. Although I paid my bill monthly for services rendered and was told at that time that was all that was owed, I was still receiving bills 4 months after I had finished therapy. In addition I was billed for therapy from the previous calendar year that the billing department said was unpaid. Again, this occurred even though each time I paid my bill for the month I was told that was the total owed. Fremont Therapy has very good physical therapists, but it is their billing department that is vastly incompetent and the reason for this review.

Ended up getting way more than I had bargained for or my doctor had prescribed. We had a clash of personality as a result and stopped the therapy before it really began. I will say that they seem to be an otherwise professional clinic with very modern equipment.

Very nice facility with very kind,helpful,fun staff. When you go in you feel welcome and are helped right away. Staff are also respectful and knowledgeable. If you need therapy go here,you'll be glad you did.
