Referring people to a Therapist can be very uncomfortable, however the team at Peace of Mind does such an amazing job with relationships between couples, people with medical illness, children & teenagers, they make it easy for me to recommend them.

Were it possible to leave no stars, i would. Peace of Mind was recommended to me as a good place for my son. I called and was told I'd receive a call back in a few days. After a week of not hearing back, I called again and was told the office manager would call me back. Another week went by with no call. The person who referred me indicated she had spoken to them when she was in and that they would be calling me that day or the next. After not hearing from them for 4 days after that conversation, I called and was told that they aren't taking new patients, and someone was supposed to have emailed me with some information for similar therapists to reach out to. I have received no such email. A complete waste of 3 weeks of my time. Horrible communication and follow through. The people answering the phone calls seem to have absolutely no clue what day of the week it is, much less anything useful. Save yourself some time and look elsewhere.

I’m so grateful to have found Peace of Mind Therapy on the west side of Madison, WI. I’ve worked with therapists in the past, but haven’t been able to feel fully connected and at ease like I do at Peace of Mind Therapy. The offices are serene, and calming, the Therapists highly capable and approachable. As we all know, life is a journey filled with many unknown obstacles and unexpected turns. It’s ultimately what makes us grow and become the person we strive to be. Sometimes, however, this is easier said than done and working with an experienced therapist can help guide us in a more productive way.
