If I could leave 0 stars I would. The care itself was fine. But after trying to pay my co pay and bill everytime I went in before my appointment and was told each time I didnt have a balance I am now being scolded with an apparent bill that went to collections without a single phone call and it's my fault even though I tried to pay. If you want to be talked down to and not assisted and not informed if your account is delinquent after not receiving any Bills this is the place. Also, when asked why they never contacted me before now and couldn't figure out why their policy wasnt followed of collecting the copays up front I was told it was my fault for not asking them more and because of their size it's impossible to review or follow up with patients so obviously they are too big to actually care for their patients. The response I was given to every answer is that they are bigger than every other provider you could have seen and they cant do the things the smaller ones can, so if you dont receive a bill, ask to pay your bill and are told you dont owe anything, than I should have just known they were wrong and begged to pay a bill I was told I didnt have. Man that makes sense.
