These people are crazy.

This place is a joke. They tell us, "Oh, don't worry about insurance we will find a way to bill them no matter what it takes!" We showed up time and time again. They never told us we needed a co-pay. The first time we asked and they said they would let us know. We ended up moving out of town and stopped going. We never assumed that our insurance covered everything but we did think something was covered. After a few months of nothing we get harassed by their outside collection department. Nobody in office wants to work with us now that it was sent to collections. Just received a call stating if we can't pay in full that their attorney will be in touch with putting a lein on our house! Beware of these guys, if you feel they are your last resort make sure you question billing each and every time you go. Don't assume they will help with your insurance even though they say they will. Anytime someone tells you they will find a way to bill the insurance company it should be a red flag. Not sure what benefit my daughter got out of the thing anyway. Thanks for nothing!
