I have found this clinic to be valuable...finding the right therapist is always important...sometimes the first choice is just not the correct one...so you, as the one in charge of your health care, must decide who's the right person for you. If you don't, you have no one to blame but yourself.

I had the best treatment at this clinic working with dr. Loben / and counseling with the best ever KURT S.- thank you to all/ danette stephan. With out these Drs. I'm unsure where I'd be today. As for the staff I was treated very kindly . Unsure why some one wrote they were mean???? I had never seen that what so ever , I seen just the opposet, very pleasant staff I thought. Thank u again .

The receptionist at the Greenfield location is very rude. Will cut you off when you are trying to be helpful and has no empathy in her voice. You figure, you are dealing with sensitive people, you should have a friendly voice on the phone to help take care of scheduling. Nope, not the case here. Take your business elsewhere because at the end of the day, this is a business and their customer service sucks.

I wish I could give zero stars. I walked in having a decent day and walked out shaking, I was very upset. The psychiatrist: Jackie Joachim was extremely rude to me, she argued with me and treated me like I was stupid. Psychiatrists are not supposed to argue with you or make you feel like you are ignorant, they're supposed to be supportive listeners, if they have negative thoughts about you, they're not supposed to share the thoughts, that is common sense, very unproffesional. The clinic should consider hiring someone else that knows how to do their job and does not verbalize all the negative thoughts in their head. I have NEVER written a negative review before because I am not that kind of person, so obviously this was a terrible experience for me which is a shame because it was my first time seeing a psychiatrist. If you're reading this and you work for the clinic, if you would like to call me, I would be happy to speak to you about my awful experience.

If there was a way to leave negative stars i would. I showed up to my 10 am appt early and checked in. The person at the desk looked confused. Her boss came over and said I was an hour late. I told her no my appointment is at 10 and I called to confirm two days prior. She said back to me no it was at 9am and due to the fact you are late we will not reschedule you and will refuse all future treatment at this facility. She was extremely rude. So rather than admit they made a scheduling mistake they put it on the patient. When I got there I wondered why there was a glass partition between the waiting room and the front desk. Now I know. They are rude as hell and even worse clearly incompetent. Do not waste your time!
