Pediatrician Dr. Nash is the man! My kids love him and Chloe. He always researches every aspect of your child's issue and provides answers that can be integrated into your daily life easily when available. He relates to children better than any other physician I have ever came into contact with or even heard about. In addition his newest colleague pediatrician Dr. Brownfield is fabulous in just as many ways. I truly trust them with every aspect of my child's care, which at times is nothing less than challenging. The office staff is phenomenal and do their best to meet every persons individual needs! Just can't say enough good things about the staff, the nurses and doctors who understand a child's specific needs, the compassion and understanding, and all the outreach to the community to help ANYONE who needs it. I almost didn't post because this place is so wonderful I didn't want to let the cat out of the bag. However, others should know that there still is amazing child health care available and they will do everything to make it accessible to everyone!

My daughter goes to Dr. Jordan Nash and he is awesome with her. Any time that we go in we are in and out within a half hour unless they are running labs or something else that could take a while but we are notified before she comes in if it could be a long appt. All in all I don't think I have ever met a doctor that is as good with kids as he is.

They need major help with the front end It’s not fun too get up and go out when it’s super cold and your in pain too have them tell you the dr is out today . When there system sends you a text and tells you too confirm your Appointment. It’s inconvenient

I have been trying to have a prescription refilled for 8 days and I cannot get any help from Valley Health. In the past, I have had trouble having prescriptions refilled and a local pharmacy told me they usually had problems with Valley Health. This prescription must be gradually tapered off if you are going to stop taking it. I haven't had it or six days. I have called their home office, left voice messages and gotten no response. I realize that my doctor left unexpectedly to work elsewhere, but it is up to Valley Health to fill the void and provide for their patients. Apparently, they are not up to the task. I would not recommend Valley Health because they are extremely difficult to work with when trying to get refills and who needs this kind of frustration in their life?
