Long post but definitely worth it!!!! I highly recommend this facility to handle your psychological needs. We got an appointment fairly quick. When I called the facility and explained the urgency for my loved one to be seen we got an appointment quickly. From the time I called office, to appointment all the way to the seeing the provider Lisa Keyser everyone there was very nice, genuine and professional. Lisa was very thorough, very nice and concerned and also explained the plan she had for my child as well as on how to contact her for any concerns or questions I had urgent or not. I’ve never encountered a provider who was as sweet and compassionate as she was and also have a heart for what she does. Lisa was very detailed, up front and honest about everything. She also gave us some background on herself as far as how long she has been doing this kind of work. There are many who have jobs and there are some who have a TRUE PASSION for what they do and I must say she has a true passion for what she does and the patients she provide therapy for. I highly recommend Lisa to help provide therapy for your loved one or ones.

My daughter went to Dr Hutton for years She moved out of town and was not receiving her reminder notices. She inadvertently missed two appointment s and was told he could no longer treat her as per a note on her chart. I had no pryer knowledge of it so we went to the office on a critical emergency visit and he refused to treat or talk to her. I would call this patient abandonment. Poor Dr Practice!!!

The therapist my daughter saw was great but the facility way overbooks their therapists. Even for an established patient it sometimes is a month between open appointments with no spots reserved for emergencies.

Lisa is great. She has helped my daughter tremendously. We’ve had issues with having to cancel appointments and she has always worked with us to get back in.

dont mind me

I went here myself, so take this information as you will. This place is comparable to a prison. This is a horrible establishment, and you should never send your child/teen here if they legitimately need psychological help. Mr. Rodney, and Mrs. Robin can both rot in hell. So can all the staff that picked on a crying 6 year old by name calling him "princess" repeatedly. Not one adult intervened to stop it, they all participated. (4 staff) My time here was nothing but stressful, I had several panic attacks caused by the staff and I was not aided, only humiliated, I have major anxiety issues (and more, but most notably I am highly suicidal), and that should NEVER be handled by 2 adults ganging together and yelling at a scared 15 year old and calling her a liar when she simply misunderstood the situation. You also should never force (a gun wasn't held to my head of course, but I was given an ultimatum, participate or lose privileges) someone with major anxiety to engage in activities they are not yet comfortable with, baby steps is the way, and if your staff isn't willing to accommodate that then they shouldn't be in this profession in the first place. This kind of profession requires patience and understanding, I listened to many of the staff openly complaining and trash talking many of the children there, childish, disgusting. An obvious power abuse situation, and your staff feed off the pain of children like sociopaths. How is bullying at all helpful? Your therapist? (I don't remember her name, you may have a new one now) A joke. Telling me to just "try breathing exercises", are you serious? My mental issues will not be fixed by simply regulating my breathing. Every meeting I had with her she never had anything useful to say, it was always the same "Have you tried breathing exercises?" Please, lady... I remember quite clearly one day how Mr. Rodney talked endlessly about past patients and made fun of them. He and Mrs. Robin even noted that we can't say they "didn't try to help". Maybe their intentions are to help, but they do not have the right techniques or skills to be working with troubled children and adolescents. Seems like it's not the first time there have been issues here. I read an article about a Mr. Harris who in 2013 made a 6 year old boy bleed by pushing his head into the floor. Looks to me like he's not the only member of staff that should lose their jobs/license. Everyone should be evaluated, from everything I witnessed and personally experienced. I was traumatized, and my anxiety is 5x worse than it already was. (Which is saying A LOT.) Think twice about sending your child/teen here. God only knows what else happens inside those walls.
