I saw Jane off and on for several years while I was attending graduate school at Virginia Tech. She was fantastic! I always felt respected, heard, and validated while at the same time challenged to learn, grow, and try on some new tools to improve my mental health and wellbeing. She is wise, compassionate and knowledgeable. She never made me feel judged, dismissed, or like her own bias was getting in the way of my care....and that is extremely important to me and rare in the mental health field.
